Just as Helen was about to say something, her phone rang. Seeing it was an international number, she could already guess who it was.

"It must be Chandler calling you! Helen, take the call first. I'll go and tell both of them about our scores…" With that, he left, and she returned to her room to answer the call.

"Have the college entrance exam results come out yet? How did you do?" Chandler got straight to the point.

She smiled. "It's okay. Getting into the University of Glendale is no problem."

"I knew you could do it."

Helen smiled and hummed. "713. It exceeded my expectations a bit. I thought I would get around 680 points!"

"In a couple of days…" Chandler looked through the window at his father lying on the hospital bed. "My father's leg injury relapsed yesterday, so he's still in the hospital."

"Then you should go ahead with your business. Let's end the call for now."

"Okay. Take care of yourself, and wait for me to come home." Chandler hung up the phone.

As soon as he put his phone back into his pocket, a woman's voice came from beside him. "Was that the fiancee your grandfather arranged for you?"

Chandler withdrew his gaze and nodded.

The woman sounded upset. "I don't know what your grandfather was thinking to insist that you marry a country bumpkin."

When he heard this, he frowned slightly. "Mom, she's not what you think."

"I don't care what kind of person she is. I know about her background, and she's not worthy of you.

After the college entrance exam results officially came out, Helen chose to apply to the University of Glendale.

When Jenson saw that she was going there, he also wanted to be in Glendale. So, he found an Ivy League, Maple Park University, and applied accordingly.

"Helen, it's great to attend university in the same city as you."

Helen smiled brightly at him. "Congratulations on getting into the university you wanted!"
