As the two were talking, the sound of a car outside caught Jenson's attention. He quickly looked out. "Who's here?"

Right after he finished speaking, Adrian walked in. He was there for no other than Helen. However, upon seeing her beautiful face, Adrian still felt somewhat uneasy.

"Helen, I heard you topped the arts category. Congratulations."

Helen looked at him and said, "You didn't just come here today to congratulate me, did you?"

Adrian was surprised by her perceptiveness. He nodded and quickly took out a bank card from his pocket and handed it to her.

"What's this?"

"This is the payment for helping design the wedding dress last time! It's all in this card."

"I really don't need it. It was only a small favor. Please take it back."

However, he insisted and pressed the card into her hand.

"You must take it. Since your design at the Smiths wedding was such a success, our studio received numerous big orders. It revitalized my struggling studio and brought a wave of prosperity. I really appreciate the favor, and this money is rightfully yours."

Helen looked at the card and could only say, "Alright, thank you. I'll accept it for now."

"Of course. I also came here today for another reason." Adrian then pursed his lips, unsure of how to start.

"Don't beat around the bush. We're all familiar with each other, so there's no need to stand on ceremony."

Hearing her words, he smiled and said, "Well, our studio has received several big orders, and the clients have specifically requested for you to design them. Since it's summer vacation now, would you be willing to come to my studio? Rest assured, I won't underpay you."

So that was what it was about! Helen had been worried about being too idle during the summer vacation with nothing to do. This was a good opportunity to keep herself occupied.

"Sure! I have no problem with that."

"Dad, Mom, and Chandler's plane is about to land. I'm going to the airport to pick them up."

"Uncle and Auntie are back?" Adrian asked.

Jenson was surprised too, and he said, "I'll go with you!"

"I'll come too." Adrian then looked at Helen. "Helen, are you coming?"

She nodded. "Let's go together."

So, the four of them rushed to the airport. On the way, Helen felt a bit uneasy. She looked at herself in the rearview mirror.

Chandler still didn't know her true appearance. Would he be frightened if he saw her like that? Or would he think she was a calculating girl who purposely disguised herself by looking ugly? Would the image he had of her collapse?

For some reason, Helen was annoyed. But she had originally planned to reveal her secret anyway. So, Chandler shouldn't blame her, right?
