After saying that, Helen just waved at him and entered her house. As she closed the door, the smile on her face grew wider. At first, she was still shaken up by what had happened. However, at that moment, she felt safe.

"I'm going to freshen up first. Then, I'll come for breakfast."

After saying that, Helen quickly ran to the bathroom.

After she was done cleaning herself up and coming out of the bathroom, she saw the delicious breakfast on the table. She felt warm inside. Then, she approached the table and grabbed a seat.

"Croissants, churros, these desserts… They're all my favorites!"

Chandler passed her a pair of utensils. "Eat more if you like them. I've already helped you apply for a leave, so you don't have to go to the studio today. Just rest well at home."

Helen accepted the utensils and said her thanks before helping herself to the food.

She looked at Chandler and asked, "Have you eaten?"

Chandler answered, "Not yet."

Helen picked up a croissant and brought it to his mouth. Chandler opened his mouth obediently and accepted the food. He chewed slowly, and it seemed like he was enjoying his time alone with her.

Carles quickly placed the documents on the coffee table and finally offered to help. "Mr. Chandler, let me do the work."

However, Chandler rejected his help. "There's no need for that. I can do it myself. Just leave the documents there and go back first if there's nothing else."

Carles nodded repeatedly. "Yes, Mr. Chandler!"
