Jewel was currently stumbling to the floor as tears continued to stream down in her beautiful eyes, she was holding a pregnancy test that showed two red lines on it which means she's pregnant.

Jewel couldn’t believe that the indecency that her husband had done to her would bear fruit, she couldn’t quite imagine how she would accept it that she will have a child, that would only remind her of the painful and complicated event in her past life.

She was in such a state when the door of the comfort room opened and it spat out her friend Cain which traces the concern of seeing him in such a state. She quickly hid the pregnancy kit in the back so that the young man could not see it.

Cain approached her quickly and hugged her tightly. "What happen Jew? Why are you crying? Are you sick?" she asked

But the girl did not have the courage to answer her friend. The young man didn't say a word again and just let it go.

After a few minutes he led the girl back to her room and laid her down on the bed. "Just take a rest Jew." he said and covered the girl with a blanket and stood up

"C-cain." She called

"Sleep, you need to rest. I'll cook our lunch okay? Don't stress yourself." he said while smiling

The girl nodded in response.

When her friend went out in the room already, Jewel just sighed while holding her small belly, 'I'm sorry Cain, I don't know how to tell you yet.'- she whispered to herself.

She knew that she couldn't hide this thing because her friend would also notice it sooner. As for now it's not obvious because she's just a tiny girl so you won't notice that she's pregnant. She just didn’t know how to tell it to Cain because she didn’t want it to worry about her. Cain had helped her so much to the point that he had neglected his own life and work, so she did not want to add another problem.

She slowly closed her eyes to sleep and could not imagine all that was happening to her.

Cain POV

I was already in the kitchen to prepare all the things I would need to cook our lunch. I left earlier because I met a friend of mine who lives here in Canada.

I was so shocked when I got home that I couldn't see even Jewel's shadow. I searched all the corners of the condo but I didn't find her. I remembered that I hadn't checked the comfort room yet so I hurriedly went in there. I didn't bother to knock anymore due to excessive concern. I found her crying and when I asked her what the problem was, she didn't answer and remained silent, so I didn't force her.

As I was slicing the chicken my phone suddenly rang, I took it out of my pocket to see who was calling.

Monique Calling .....

"Oh why did you get called? Did you miss me?." He said jokingly 

"Damn you! I just want to ask again when I'll see the friend you're saying will live here in Canada? I'm already excited." the girl asked 

"She's not feeling well right now so we might postpone it first." I answered

"Hmp! Your deception! I guess you're just making me excited. Wait, is that really your friend or maybe your girlfriend?" She said as if she is accusing him

He burst out laughing. "Why are you asking me that? Are you jealous? He asked while laughing

"Hey, how thick is your face? Me? jealous? The gorgeous and sexy me, will I get jealous? Don't make me laugh, Cain."

He laughed even more at what his friend said. "Don't deny it, I know you had a crush on me." 

"You're too confident saying those things to me! You're such an asshole! Come back to your senses crazy man! " traces in the girl's voice the annoyance

"Hahahahaha! It's just my friend, I don't hit married women." He seriously said

"Huh? You mean she has a husband? She's married?"
