"They're a couple? What a waste!"

"No way! They both look so manly. I never would've guessed. Uh, wait… Then who's, you know, the bottom? Sorry! I probably shouldn't have asked."

"And the most handsome one is actually your boyfriend? You're so lucky! Then again, you're gorgeous. You two look amazing together."

Josephine froze for a second before hastily waving her hands. "No, you've misunderstood! The one by the window isn't my boyfriend. He's just a friend."

The nurses exchanged knowing smiles. "Don't worry, we get it."

Then, they shot her a few playful looks, giggled, and walked off.
