Guilt crept over Evelina instantly, "W-What are you talking about? You can't just shift the blame to avoid taking the responsibility."

Evelina's face turned ghostly pale at the sight of the camera! Why was there a camera? Stairwells usually didn't have cameras, what’s going on?

If they checked the footage, it was all over! Panicked, Evelina realized Lucian's attitude towards her had already changed. Losing Asher's trust would be the end of her.

Lemira's gaze was icy, "Once they check the footage, the truth will out."
