Chapter 113: I Won't Stop

Jasmine's POV

We decided to go camping only for three days since we had to get back to work, and the rest of the group also understood.

I wanted to bring Diego and Ada with me but We're not still sure if Travis would come. I asked Rhian about it, but she said that he still hasn't responded to her email.

I also have no plan of communicating with him because I'm really trying to avoid him.

We're already in the meeting place waiting for him. Rhian has been texting him but he's not responding.

“ Sir Travis told me that he would form me, but until now, he has not sent a message whether he will come or not,” Rhian said. I sigh. We couldn't wait for him. We've been waiting here for how many minutes, and then some are excited while the rest are getting bored.

“ Let's just go. If he wants to come, then he will. Besides, he knows where to find us,” I told Rhian, which made her nod.

“Guys, c'mon, let's go!” Rhian shouted, which caused them to immediately grab their stuff and place it in the trip car, which we will be using. But I decided to bring my own car in case I have an emergency.

I told them to go first And that I would be driving at their back. But before I could start the engine of my car. Someone suddenly knocked on my window, which made me open it.

“ Sorry I'm late,” he said. I looked at the back, and he didn't have a car. I was about to call Rhian, but they had already travelled. Don't tell me he would ride with me.

“ Where's your car?” I asked him, but he suddenly opened the door, placed his stuff in the backseat without my permission, and went into the front seat.

“ Let's go?” He said, which made me furrow my eyebrow. Damn it! I don't want to drive while he's inside. I couldn't concentrate.

I wanted to tell him to find another car, but I couldn't. I don't want to be rude and start another argument.

“ Fine!” I told him against my will and started driving. I saw him smirk in the mirror, but when he noticed that I saw him, he just smiled at me.

“ How are you? “he asked me. It's been weeks since we last saw each other. But I never wish to meet him again because all he does is keep on convincing me to get back to him.

“ Great,” I told him, and I felt him nodding. It really makes me comfortable that I am the one who is driving right now.

See how awkward it is? I just have this feeling that he really planned this. Travis will never leave without his car wherever he goes, so I'm surprised that he didn't bring his car right now.

After that, I never talked while we were driving. It would take us three hours to arrive there.

I feel tired while I am driving. It's been one hour.

“Could you stop in the meantime?” he asked me, which confused me. I did what he said, and we went out and walked through a restaurant.

I left the car to stretch out. When he came back, he was holding a paper bag in his hand. He went straight through the driver's seat.

“What are you doing?” I asked him as he placed the food he had bought on my mini table in the middle of the seats.
