14 - Chapter Fourteen - Siryn's Point Of View.

Lucio was quick to take us to the bedroom. I was shocked that he didn't run us into a wall with how fast he was going. I mean I did have faith in my mate but he was also blind so I did worry. He threw me on the bed and made quick work of his clothing right down to his boxers. I stripped off my clothing and barely got my jeans off when he grabbed me by the ankle pulling me down the bed. Afraid I was going to pop the air mattress I looked and noticed we didn't have the air mattress anymore. In its place was a real bed. It had a beautiful wooden headboard and black blankets. It was clear my alpha didn't want to waste time. He grabbed my hips and I felt him rip my boxers clean off me. His own boxers came off next. I half expected him to want to get busy right then and there but he didn't. Instead, he pulled me against him and sniffed my scent. Following his lead, I did the same and enjoyed his scent.

"I'm sorry. If you are in a rush to be mated I can stop this." Lucio said his lips pressed to my neck where my mating mark would go. Carefully I pulled him away from my neck but only to give him a good and  proper kiss. It took a moment before his lips moved in sync with mine. He pulled away suddenly and  I was starving for air.

"Get on the bed."

Following his demand, I got on the bed. He started to go through the open nightstand drawers looking for something he needed. I realized he was having a bit of difficulty with his task.

"What are you looking for?"

"The lube."

"You have lube?"

"I was given it by someone."
