Esther was starting to worry about the lead's ability. She couldn't understand why he couldn't get the line right, even though it was so simple.

Finnegan shrugged. "If you're not going to let me help and you can't do it, maybe we should skip it."

Caught off guard, Caleb froze and relented. "Okay, show me."

Finnegan snorted and impatiently said, "Watch closely." Then he turned to Esther, who looked startled, and wrapped his arm around her waist, pulling her close.

Up close, Esther noticed Finnegan's natural charm was more striking than Caleb, who had makeup on. Finnegan's eyes, warm and inviting, looked into hers. "Found you, haven't I?"

Esther was stunned, unsure how to respond. 'How unfair!'
