He clamped his mouth shut and stared at me, giving me his full attention.

He pouted before sitting down, once again, giving me his full attention. "I'll email my father and tell him I'll meet him at whatever place. Somehow, some way, you guys ambush him, kill his men. But don't kill him."

He frowned, "Why not him?"

"I have questions I want answered," I replied softly.

He nodded, "I'll talk to Darius, he's better at forming plans like this. Are you sure you want to do this?"

"Yes. I want my asshat of a father to stop attacking my family."

He smiled before claiming my lips with his, "I love you."

I chuckled, "I love you too, Avie."

"Avie?"

"What? It's the only nickname I could think of."

He laughed, "Pain in the ass."
