Ace couldn’t dare to move himself because his knees were so weak as Jenny vented out her anger. It was true. Everything she said was true.

When Ace was seeing Jenny, he had said that he loved her. He said he has never loved any woman the way he loves her but he was seeing other women. Ace had used that same lines with every woman he had met in his life except Ivy Rivera.

Ace didn’t have to sugar coat his words when he met her. He had fallen in love with Ivy at first sight and she had changed him.

Why Jenny of all the women he had been with in the past? Ace remembered buying so many things for Jenny at that time. He thought satisfying her needs would solve it all. He had made sure to pay her each time they had sex and she never rejected his money. Even though she has some grudges against him, she shouldn’t have dragged his son into it.

“Jenny, please let my son go. He is innocent.” Ace said in a soft tone.

“Let him go? I don’t plan to let him go. Listen to me! I am not done telling my story!” Jenny pointed the gun at Leroy who cried out in fear.

“Please! Please Jenny! Don’t kill my son! Fine! We have enough time to talk..I’ll listen to your story.” Ace pleaded.

“You..You left me after you came back from that damn town! You stopped picking my calls, you didn’t text me back..and when you did after..one month—“ Jenny paused as she pointed the gun back at Ace.

“You ended everything you had with me. You didn’t want to see me even after I begged you over the phone.” Jenny sobbed as she tried to calm down.

“Little did you know that I was..carrying your child!” She blurted out after two minutes of silence.

Ace eyes widened in shock. Jenny was carrying his child back then and he didn’t suspect it.

“I left the country..travelled to somewhere in Africa. I carried your child for seven months but—“ Jenny stopped as more tears streamed down her cheeks.

“I lost my baby!” She said finally.
