Moments later, Alicia said, "Hubby, could you help me get some buns? I would like to have some soya drink or milk too! They have it here, don't they?"

"Silly!"

Out of habit, Frederick grabbed Alicia by the waist and held her up.

"Don't you worry about what others think of you! Ignore them and be the way you are! As long as I'm here, you can do whatever you want to. Grab anything you want, I can even request for the chef to cook anything you want. They are all experienced chefs here!"

Upon listening to Frederick's words, Alicia felt delighted as she was being pampered by him.

Walking out of the room, Alicia followed Frederick around with a plate in her hand. They queued in like other employees who were in the line, waiting for their turn to take their food. The moment Alicia saw something she wanted, she would take some and put them on her plate.

"I would like to have one fried dumpling! I want some of those colorful things too! Oh, how could I say no to corn..."

In the beginning, Alicia was still restraining herself. But, the moment she saw all the cuisines that the cafeteria offered, her eyes widened, shining brightly. After all, she felt that it was too extravagant to have so many dishes for breakfast.

"I want that chocolate cake! Get the small one on the left!"

For breakfast, just like any buffet, everything could be taken unless they had a limited quota for each customer. Basically, the waiter was responsible for refilling and organizing. Alicia was so excited but looking at her plate that was getting filled, she couldn't help sighing.

"Why do they offer so much scrumptious food? I can't take everything, not to mention finish it!"

Listening to her whine, Frederick turned his head and glanced at Alicia. "Just take whatever you want! We'll figure out another way when you can't finish it!"

"The food in your company is so great! I guess the menu wouldn't repeat even after a week! Get some noodles as well! And some veggies too..."

Alicia was talking non-stop. When she got to the end, she looked at her plate which had been filled with all kinds of cuisine. She felt sorry for wasting food as she knew that she couldn't finish them all.

"Hubby, can you get some porridge and grilled sausages?" Moments later, Alicia put some of her favorite dishes on Frederick's plate.

Alicia was so focused on picking up the food. Little did she know that she had become the center of attention in the restaurant.

Alicia had completely forgotten where she was. She even started to munch on a tiny cake when Frederick was still taking some food.

"What else do you want?"

Looking at both Frederick's and her plate that had been filled, Alicia shook her head.

"Then let's get back to our seat!"

"Okay!"

The moment Alicia turned around, she saw a line of people in their black suit queuing neatly behind them. She was surprised by them and nearly threw out the cake she was holding. Her face reddened as she almost choked herself.

"Ahem! Ahem!"

Looking at her, Frederick chuckled and pulled her aside. "Let's go!"

Alicia hung her head low as they headed back to their seats.

Back in their private room, she quickly put down her plate and gave herself a slap at the mouth. "Silly me! That was awkward!"

"I should have behaved myself!" she thought. She was starving, therefore she put a cake into her mouth subconsciously. Regretting her action, Alicia felt like curling herself up into a ball.

Handing her a fork and a spoon, Frederick smiled and said, "It's okay, it is common to eat in the line! The company policy mentioned not wasting food but it doesn't say that we can only eat when we're back to our seats."

"I see! Then, why did all the employees sneak up like ninjas? That was so embarrassing for me!"

It was actually Alicia herself that hadn't been paying attention to her surroundings. Yet, she was whining about it.

Looking at Alicia who had recovered from her embarrassment, Frederick took a tissue and wiped her mouth, smiling faintly.

For the employees, it had been common for them to see all those cuisines. However, for a first-timer like Alicia, it was one of the best breakfasts she ever had.
