Alicia was in a trance from the moment before she heard a familiar voice outside the door.

Frederick quickly grabbed her and hugged her. "Ally, that's not what I meant! Let's not cause a scene here. We'll go back to my room and talk about it!"

He held her tightly and took off his jacket to cover her. He straightened his collar, then put his hand over her neck and held her in his arm. He lifted her suitcase with the other hand.

"Why is it so light?"

This thought flashed through Frederick's mind, but he still extended his hand and tried to hold her in front of him. He was afraid of her expression. No matter how silly Alicia was, she also sensed that there was something wrong with his reaction earlier. She bit her lip and snorted, but she didn't say anything.

After he locked the door, she immediately pushed him away. She took out her mobile phone and started searching for plane tickets to go back home.
