"And you know this because?" Jess asks me.
"Because Tim told me, right in front of Ian."
"Really? What did Ian say?"
"Tim said I must really be good in bed and Ian told him he's never going to find out."
"That's great! See? I told you he likes you. You should tell him how you feel. I mean maybe not the love part, but you can tell him you really like him and want to be more than a hook up and see where that goes."
"I can't do that." Just thinking about it makes me nervous. "What if he doesn't like me like that? What if I'm only just a friend to him? I don't want to be the butt of their jokes."
"Well if he doesn't want a relationship with you then at least you will know. Then you can find someone who does."
"But I don't want anyone else, Jess. I mean we may not be dating but at least I'm still able to be in his life, if he doesn't want to label us I'm okay with that. For now. I mean I don't want to do this forever but for now I'm okay with it. At least I get to have Ian."
"I hope I never fall in love." Jess says. "I don't ever want to be this pathetic."
"Hey!" I throw her pillow at her and it actually hits her which makes her laugh that much harder. "Speaking of love how's Overton doing?"
"That tool? Who knows? I haven't hooked up with him in a week."
"Really? I thought you really liked him." She shrugs. "I think Nick has a crush on you. He seemed jealous when I told him you were hooking up with some football player."
She grins. "No, I'm just good in bed."
"And not conceited at all."
"Nope, not me." She laughs. "I don't know, Kamdyn, Nick is.....well he's good in bed and he has a big package," How well I knew, I've seen him naked a few times and not in a sexual way, that guy rarely has clothes on. Ian is pretty well endowed too but I'd never tell him that I've noticed, his head is big enough as it is. "but...I don't know I'm just not ready for anything other than a hook up and Nick can be a little clingy."
"What? Nick clingy? Really?" Nick is the last person I would consider clingy. I've never seen him with the same girl twice except for Jess.
"Yeah. Last time we hooked up he wanted to hang out with me. That's so weird,
everyone knows you don't hang out with someone you're hooking up with, well everyone but you."
"That's not weird. Maybe he just wants to be your friend. Nick is a great guy to hang out with. I hang out with him and the guys a lot, he's really funny."
"Also he tried to.....cuddle with me once."
I laughed at the look on her face, she looked so disgusted by this. "No! Not cuddling! The nerve of him!" I feigned outrage. "I've never thought of Nick as the cuddling type."
"Yeah, it got really awkward and that's why I haven't been back over there. I mean I love hanging out with you and the guys are pretty funny, but I don't do cuddling. Like ever. So, yeah, I don't want to hook up with him again."
"He's hot, Jess! Plus, he's hilarious and fun to be around. So what if he wants to cuddle! Cuddling is awesome and it can lead to other things. You should give the guy a chance, I think you guys would be good together."
"Look at you being a matchmaker. Just because you're in love doesn't mean everyone else needs to be."
I stick my tongue at her and go back to doing my homework. She just doesn't realize what she's missing. Nick is a great guy and he seems to be crushing on my best friend. A lot of girls would kill for Nick to crush on them.
"Dude, cover your junk up around my girl. Why are you always naked?" Ian tells Nick who just walked through the living room to get to the kitchen. He opens the refrigerator door and takes a drink of milk straight out of the carton. He just came from his room wearing absolutely nothing, not even boxers this time.
"You'd better." He murmurs against my lips.
"Out of all the dicks in the world yours is my favorite." I assure him before kissing him again.
He slides his hand up my exposed thigh, making me tingle. His hands feel so good against my soft skin. "Maybe I should walk around naked then so you can always see him."
"You'd better not. No one is going to see him but me." I say pulling Ian to me for another kiss.
He meets my gaze, eyes twinkling. "Is that so?"
"Yep." I run my fingers through his soft hair as I kiss him again. I'll never get enough of him. He's intoxicating.
He pulls me in for a long kiss. "Sounds good to me."
"Okay love birds, break it up." Aaron says coming into the living room. "I don't want to walk in on you guys having sex. I walked in on Tim the other day and I'm still having nightmares. Do that in your room and not on the couch." He shivers. "I'm never sitting on that couch again." He turns on the console before grabbing his controller and sitting in the recliner.
"I don't want to know." I say.
"No, you really don't, just talking about it is giving me flash backs."
"It wasn't this couch was it?" I ask sounding hopeful.
He looks at me before nodding.
"Gross!" I jump out of Ian's lap and he stands up before moving to the other couch and pulling me onto his lap again. "You guys really need to burn that or something."
