“Multiple billions in assets?” Anne was shocked but still skeptical. “Anyone can talk big!” 

Allen smirked, pointing at Suzy. “Remember the nine hundred million dollars bid at the “Harlow Corporation auction? Don’t you think that mysterious woman in the mask’s figure 

looks awfully familiar?” 

Anne’s eyes scanned Suzy up and down, her face paling and flushing in quick succession. The stark realization hit her: the gap between her and Suzy was far greater than she could have imagined. 

Seeing Anne’s expression, Allen chuckled, clearly enjoying himself. “Still think she’s just all talk?” 

As Anne’s discomfort grew increasingly obvious, Allen was about to pile on more, but Suzy’s calm voice cut through. “There’s no need to waste words on people who don’t 

matter. 

Allen shrugged. “You’re right, boss.” 

Suzy then pushed the document in her hand closer to Dylan. “Mr. Wright, I’m in a hurry. If you could sign this quickly, I’d appreciate it.” 

Before Dylan could respond, Anne snatched the document and tore it to pieces. “Just because you want to buy, doesn’t mean we have to sell!” 

If Wright Corporation ended up in Suzy’s hands, what would be the point of her marrying Dylan? The thought alone infuriated her. As her anger flared, she raised the shredded pieces, ready to fling them in Suzy’s face. 

Before her hand could move, Allen grabbed a fistful of her hair and yanked her back, dragging her toward the door. “You’ve got some nerve!” 

Allen’s grip was so strong that Anne’s face contorted with pain. “Let go of me!” 

“Keep mouthing off, and I’ll make sure you lose your head right here,” Allen threatened, his chilling gaze and cold demeanor making it clear he wasn’t bluffing. 

Threatened by Allen’s temper, Anne reluctantly clamped her mouth shut and followed him out without another word. 

As the torn contract fluttered to the floor, Suzy remained unfazed. 

Her expression was cold as she turned to Dylan “It doesn’t matter whether you sign it or not. While your share in Wright Corporation is technically 51%, that figure includes Grace’s and Diana’s portions. Your actual share is only 0%. I now own 49%, so if you want to work for me, I’ll gladly oblige.”

Suzy thought Dylan would be furious, but to her surprise, he didn’t show a shred of anger. Instead, his tone was calm and gentle as he asked, “Do you really hate me that much?” 

“Yes!” Suzy answered without hesitation. “Dylan, I wanted us to part ways peacefully, bi you just wouldn’t let it go. Since that’s the case, I’ll see this game through to the end with you!” 

The hatred in her eyes surged like a tidal wave, overwhelming and intense. Yet instead of feeling hurt, Dylan’s heart swelled with a strange sense of joy. “Suzy, have you ever heard the saying- 

“I’m not interested in hearing it,” Suzy cut him off coldly. “This office no longer belongs to you. Leave.” 

Dylan acted as if he hadn’t heard her. “There’s no hatred without love. The fact that you hate me proves you still care. Otherwise, no matter what I did, it wouldn’t matter to you at all.” 

Suzy let out a sharp laugh. “So, all of this was just to prove that?” 

He really was just as Anne had claimed–he was a man bent on revenge and was only using a different method this time. 

Dylan pressed his lips into a thin line and said simply, “Yes.” 

“Ha…” Suzy’s gaze turned icy, the intensity in her eyes growing even darker. “Then I suppose I should do something to prove you’re dead wrong.” 

Without hesitation, she pulled a gun from her waist and pressed it against his forehead. “I was willing to spare your life for Grace and Diana’s sake, but since you insist on pushing me, I’ll happily oblige!”
