Not only did the least apartment in Boldyville Estate cost $2 billion dollars. After buying an apartment, momentarily, the owner of the apartment would pay $100 million dollars annually for basic developmental updates. This exorbitant cost of living had set many Ceo's, Investors and rich men trusting their heels away from the apartment.

Men who had strived all their lives to become rich would never think of coming to spend such luxury in that estate. After all, you could get a house which looked like a palace in other places for a billion dollars. Not having to pay a dime to anyone after the purchase had been made.

Those who came to purchase apartments in the estate where super rich men. Men who could spend about a billion on food and not bat an eye.

That was one of the reasons that there were still about fifty empty apartments in the estate. In short, a full blocks had never been frequented by any man, no matter how rich.

The costliest apartment in the estate was about $320 billion. And these folks pay about $10 billion annually for the update.

Yet there was an apartment which was set at the best part of the estate. It was a tower. No man, no matter how rich had been able to check the place out.

Buying that tower came with a lot of other things. A fleet of new brands of exotic cars. Yachts and a dock to store them. A private jet with its hanger. A mini den for the owner if such have a taste in wild life. A small museum for artifacts which dated as far as 10,000 BC. And lots more.

Not even presidents would dare to buy it. Rumors had it that several ultra rich men were saving up in the world bank. A sort of competition for who would be the first person to buy the crazy tower.

The tower alone cost 2 trillion dollars.

If Damien had said that he wanted to buy an apartment, Shelton and his secretary wouldn't had been that stunned and speechless. If he said he wanted a room in the hotel, they might not count a meaning to it.

For a fact, even if he said he wanted to lodge in a hotel room, the two would had disputed let alone buy an apartment. But the worst of it all, he said he wanted to buy the whole estate?

"Buy???!!!!"

The secretary was the one raising her voice. It seemed as though the two were seeing and hearing things. It was unbelievable.

SO IT SEEMS. IF I BUY THIS ESTATE, I WILL GAIN THE WORLD'S ATTENTION. AND GRADUALLY, I'LL MAKE MY WAY TO THE TOP.

He smiled at the thought of it.

Suddenly, he noticed something being pointed at him. He looked. It was Shelton, pointing his fingers.

"You are right, Elisa. He is surely a lunatic."

Amongst the many words Shelton could say, those were the few which fought their ways out.

"Look at how dressed he is!!! And he wants to what???"

Damien watched as Shelton cast that contemptuous look at him, looking from his head to toe.

Damien chuckled and walked towards the empty chair which was locked to Shelton's work table. He settled in the chair. Damn, it was so soft. Softer than all the hard chairs he'd known all his life.

"Is my cloth the problem? Should I go out and buy something expensive. Maybe a tux and a pair of Italian shoes! Is that when you would take me seriously?"

Damien watched Shelton brought out his phone to dial a number.

"What are you doing?"

"Calling the cops of course. You should be taken to a psychiatrist hospital. I had no idea how you got in!"

Shelton glared at Elisa,

"I should sack you!"

Elisa dropped on her knees.

"I had no idea too... I tried to send him out but the lunacy was way too strong. Too toxic."

Shelton ignored her and spoke over the phone,

"Is this the Commissioner of police? Get some of your men down here right now! There is a mad man here in my office making a scene."

Damien didn't utter a word all through the two said.

"Shelton, you should tell those you were on a call with that it'll be more than five minutes."

Damien could tell that Shelton couldn't act on his own. He couldn't lay his hands on Damien, because he feared what a MAD MAN could do?

"Where are these bastard bouncers? What were they doing!!!"

Shelton was becoming restless. Damien brought out a small phone and dialed a number.

"Hello, Solomon. This is the 500 billion dollars man. Call and tell the commissioner of police that there's a fire at his house. You know what to do..."

He hung the call.

"What do you think you are doing?"

Shelton couldn't take it anymore.

"Do you ---"

"Shelton, what's going on there?"
