Ava's P.O.V
I ran away from him as fast as my feet could take me. My breathing turned ragged and tears threatened to fall out of my eyes. I could not bear him near me. I ran to my room and closed the door with a loud thud behind my back. My back to the door, I sank down on the ground there only. I hate him but I could not stay away from him, I wanted him to let me go but I wanted to stay in his arms, what the hell was wrong with me?
Suddenly someone started banging on the door of my room. Scrambling up quickly from the floor I pushed away myself and backed away from the door, getting afraid with each passing second as the bangs on the door increased every time. Christian's voice came through the door from the other side-
"Ava! Ava, open the fucking door right now!." he shouted.
I did not stay anything. Just stayed still as a rock, in shock and fear.
"AVA!" he growled, "Open this damn door. You are making me angry. Do as I am saying or do I need to remind you of the consequences?"
I pursed my lips in frustration as my head started to hurt. Now, what the hell did he want? I was not in a mood to talk to him so I did not reply. He had already weekend me so much, emotionally and physically. My head was a jumbled mess and my heart was thudding hard. I could hear his fist banging the door back to back but I was too angry to focus on the consequences. After a few minutes, his voice turned scarily angry so I replied in a frustrated and loud voice-
"What do you want?" I seethed
"Ava, open the damn door. I want to talk to you." he shouted, his words dripping with anger.
" I do not want to talk! Get lost!" I replied angrily.
Suddenly a loud bang came and the door of my room was broken in front of me. Its remains dangling from the hinges uselessly.
