I woke up the next day from the loud banging on my door. I stood up groggily and looked at the clock. Bammmm. 10 A.M already? How did I sleep this much? Maybe the exhaustion has taken over my body.

I leaped up from the bed when the next bang came on the door. Who the hell is so desperate to meet me this early? And then suddenly my hurried steps halted and my heart started banging in my chest. Christian?

I hardly stopped myself from squealing loudly in happiness. I quickly ran and opened the door and then here was the person whom I wasn't expecting at all. Not even in my dreams.

Carter. Christian's father.

I stood there staring at him in shock until he asked me to move inside. My cheeks warmed in embarrassment as I muttered an apology and ushered him inside. But my heart was literally leaping in my mouth in nervousness. What was the reason of his surprising visit? And that too, to me?

He turned around and his usual smirk was there on his face. "Don't you want to meet Christian?" He asked.

My heart beat fastened. "He.. he's here?" I whispered. I was too shocked, too happy to believe his words. But why hasn't he come to me if he is here already?

"Yes," Carter replied in his sickly pleased voice. "He came last night only when you were asleep. You can meet him in your room."

And then it struck me. How foolish of me. I was missing him so much that I came and slept in the guest room last night. Everything in the room was making me crave him and his closeness. When my body couldn't handle anymore of the heat, I grabbed one of his shirts and came to sleep here.

He must be dead tired. I'm a big, BIG idiot. He came last night and I was asleep like a hippo. He must be expecting me in our bed and here I am, sleeping so peacefully. He might not want to disturb me, that's why he didn't come and meet me. But no worries. I'll just go right now and give him a surprise.

The grin I was having on my face, must be looking scary. But I didn't care about anyone at the moment.

My love is BACK!

I muttered an alright and thanks to Carter and dashed away from there to meet Christian. I'll give a proper thanks to Carter later for giving me the good news I was craving for so long but right now I just want to have my love in my arms.

I ran and didn't stop until I was standing in front of the door of our room. I stopped and took a deep breath before opening the door.

I put my hand on the handle of the door and pushed it inside.

And there was Christian, the love of my life.

Naked. On the top of another woman. Fucking her.

I was frozen there. My mind was unable to process anything other than the horrible scene in front of me.

His eyes were fixed on me. He was looking in my eyes while fucking her.

I wasn't able to describe the pain I was feeling. It was too much.

He stopped, stood up from there, and came to stand in front of me. His face was devoid of any expression. He was looking into my eyes.

"Christian?" I whispered.

Instead of replying he grabbed my arms and started dragging me. A sob escaped my lips at his harshness. I didn't even know what I did to make him this much cruel. This much heartless.

"Christian, what are you doing?" I screeched loudly while sobbing uncontrollably. It should be me who should be giving him this type of treatment.

My heart was bleeding and his harsh treatment was nothing but salt on my wounds. My sobs and question were falling on deaf ears. He kept on dragging me and led me to the hall and then out of the house. He threw me harshly out of the door.

"From now on," he said flatly, "Don't even think about stepping your foot on this threshold."

Pack members started gathering around us.

I felt my heart stopping. My mind wasn't able to process that what the hell was going on at that moment.

"Wha.. why? What have I done?" I asked while trying to stand up from the ground. My body was shaking so hard that I was falling again and again in attempt of standing up.

"Don't try to test my patience." He said while gritting his teeth. His eyes were turning black by every passing second.

"You didn't wanted to come with me, right?" He said. His voice was rising by every passing second. "You despised me. You wanted to go back to your parents, you were forced to live with me." He shouted.

"But now. Now I'm giving you the chance." He said while looking into my eyes.

"Run."

"What?" I whispered.
