Exclusively Mine novel Chapter 2

~Sofia’s POV~

I woke up in a cell chained to the wall. I was wearing a skimpy robe to cover my naked body. After everything I've been through I ended up being caught. My life really sucks. I looked around the place and notice other rogues were chained and dead bodies were around us.

My body is still too weak and some of my deep wounds on my back and thighs are still bleeding. I needed something to drink or eat; my body would soon give up if no one tries to help me. I heard people speaking but couldn't decipher the words they were saying. A bucket of cold water was splashed over to me.

"Hey, open your eyes." He lifted my chin. "Who are you?"

"Wa-wat-water…" I pleaded as words stuttered out my mouth.

"Tell us who you are."

The man slapped me and tears started rolling off my face. My life is such a waste. I always thought that I could start a new life once I killed everyone that betrayed us but then again life was too cruel. I guess this is my destiny to be tortured and imprisoned to die as a rogue and never be able to reclaim my rightful place as a Luna to my pack. My dream to rebuild the legacy of the Blue Moon is gone.

"What the hell are you doing?" Another voice yelled.

"Beta, this filthy rogue refuses to give us any information." The man that slapped me reasoned.

"The Alpha would want to see her tomorrow until then no harm is to be done to her." He approached me and touched my cheeks. "Miss, what's your name?"

"My n-na-name..." I tried to speak but it was difficult. My voice sounded hoarse.

"Wait, here." He let me drink some water and concern was evident in his eyes. "I'm Andrew. What's your name?"

"I'm Sophia." I whispered.

"What are your intentions for crossing our territory, Sophia?"

"They were trying to kill me. So I run. I don't know. Where am I?" I asked confused.

"You are at Moon River Pack territory and no rogue ever come here and gets out alive. So tell who were chasing you and why are you badly wounded?"

"I don't know. I mean rogues are being chased by every pack. You all consider us as plagues that need to be exterminated." I replied sarcastically.

"Sophia, listen to me. Our Alpha will be talking to you tomorrow so please try to answer him with respect. If you value your life you will tell him the truth. He would not be as considerate as I am. He would not hesitate to kill you with his own hands."

"Then do me a favor. Kill me now and end my misery." I challenge him. "I don't want to meet your fucking alpha. Who does he think he is anyway? An asshole like him is a killer. He is probably some arrogant jerk that thinks too highly of himself."
