After a few moves, Haylee subdued the man and took the dagger from him, holding it to his neck. If this wasn’t America and they weren’t on the street, Haylee would have stabbed the man’s carotid artery and killed him right then. 

The muscular guy knew he couldn’t beat Haylee. 

Seeing his buddy subdued, he ran away. 

Haylee sneered.“Idiot.” 

Haylee calmly took out an ampoule from her pocket, like the ones in hospitals for medicine. She broke the top of the ampoule with her thumb and quickly spread the liquid on the dagger. 

The next second, Haylee threw the dagger hard. 

The dagger flew through the air, cutting through the wind, and stabbed right into the man’s thigh. 

The guy, being well–trained, didn’t even make a sound when the knife went into his calf and kept running. 

But after running a short while, before he was out of sight, he fell to the ground and couldn’t get

The slightly short guy, who was being held by her, tried to escape, but Haylee held him tighter and he passed out. 

“Boss, are you okay? Did you get hurt?” Haylee turned to look at Mariela. Her usually calm face showed nervousness and concern. 

Mariela sighed and shook her head.“I’m okay.” 

Just then, Mariela suddenly felt a chill down her back.
