Flora raised her hand and said, “Permission to rest here.” 

Jason smiled warmly and agreed, not only approving Flora’s request but also worrying about whether she was genuinely feeling unwell. 

“Report, Instructor! I’m also feeling unwell and need to rest here!” Cynthia quickly raised her hand too. 

Jason looked at her coldly, a stark contrast to how he treated Flora. “Anyone feeling unwell–should go to the medical office for a certificate.” 

Cynthia burst into tears. 

That night, it was still Flora who went out on sentry duty. It was supposed to be one person per day, but Jason made an elaborate excuse, saying Flora hadn’t trained much during the day, so she should stand sentry. 

On the third day, it was the crawling obstacle challenge. Flora still took sick leave, but this time she didn’t make it difficult for Jason and brought a medical certificate from the medical office. It stated that Flora was unable to complete the high–intensity training due to physical reasons. 

Once again, she became the envy of everyone. 

Cynthia, dirty and disheveled from completing the crawling training as if she had rolled out of the mud, eagerly approached Flora, who was sitting under a tree, and asked, “Flora, how did you manage to get a sick leave note?” 

At first, she thought Flora was genuinely unwell, but seeing her radiant and delicate skin over the past two days, she didn’t look sick at all. She also wanted a sick leave note so 

she wouldn’t have to train. 

Flora glanced at her and said, “You can’t take sick leave.” 

“Why not?” 

“Your physical fitness is too poor. It would be difficult for you to pass the final evaluation at the end of the military training. You need the regular grades.” 

“Don’t you need them?” 

Flora nodded, “No, I don’t.” 

Even if she didn’t have regular grades, as long as she scored full marks in the final evaluation, she would still excel. Flora knew this rule, so she didn’t train for the next few days. 

Of course, there was another reason. Connor, that jerk, tormented her every night. She simply didn’t have the energy to train during the day.

“She’s resting because she has a sick leave note. If you can get one, I’ll grant you leave as well.” 

“Or, if any of you can guarantee to score above ninety in the final evaluation without training, you can also skip training.” 

His words silenced the girl who had spoken earlier. Her physical fitness was too poor; she found the high–intensity training incredibly difficult. Passing was a challenge, let alone scoring full marks. 

She asked resentfully, “So, Instructor, does this mean Flora won’t have regular grades?” “People who don’t train naturally won’t have regular grades.” 

Our Ms. Flora doesn’t need regular grades either. Hearing this, the girl felt somewhat relieved.
