The man took the car away. We stood at the foot of the castle, a set of grand stairs stood before us and at the top stood a dark mahogany door more than 7 feet tall. The door stood between two huge pillars, sculptured snakes with the same blue crystals for eyes, wrapped around them. I began to look at more details and noted that the stairs were made from different marble stones, black and a colour that mimicked gold.

Bel and Cam were already in front of me, I felt anxious, extremely anxious. Like the way I get when I think about my mother, Elizabeth. I hear the door creak open and out comes a Hispanic petite lady in a French maid outfit. I hear her shoes click against the floor, despite her being away from her. Once we got to the top, she welcomed us with a warm smile.

"Welcome, Mister White, Miss Rivers and Miss Myers. We've been expecting you. Right this way." The lady greets us in a Hispanic accent and was caught off guard by the formal introduction, but I went ahead with this. The second I step inside, I could smell an alluring sent of honey and milk.

"We did not know how Miss Richardson would take the news but we're glad that everything is going according to plan." The lady says leading through a huge room that had a dark wooden floor the walls were decorated with Paintings of people that looked like they ate 100-dollar bills for breakfast.

"What news?" I ask her.

"Mister Walter and Miss Richardson are getting engaged." She informs us and asks us to wait in a room.

"What do you mean engaged?" I asked her and she cordially asks us to wait instead.

"Hey lady, we need an explanation." Cam says and she just responds by saying she's said too much, and she closes the door behind her. I curse underneath my breath, and I immediately knew that something was off.

"That bitch pressed me about meeting a guy and loving him in two weeks and she's getting married?" Belle retorts and for once I'm on her side on this. This whole place was weird. I didn't like the feeling I got from this place, the only thing that made me happy was the smell of honey and milk.
