“How challenging is it? Xavier steered the car single handedly. His thin lips parted slightly. “Do you have any condidence?” 

There was a pause on the other end. Rowan pondered before replying, “I’m currently working on an experiment. It might apply to his condition. But the thing is, the experiment isn’t complete yet

Xavier ended the call before he could finish his words. He was unwilling to entertain any more chatter. However, he understood that Rowan’s admission

Suddenly, the anger that lingered in his chest from Lily’s ungrateful attitude last night dissipated slightly. After all, women were emotional creatures. It was difficult for them to control their emotions.

The large sunglasses obscured half of her face. Her attractive eyes beneath them shimmered faintly and shadowed by light traces of fatigue 

She hadn’t slept well last night, so she applied light makeup out of courtesy before heading over to meet Terence as promised. 

After parking outside the design exhibition, she stepped out of the car and immediately spotted Terence at the entrance. 

Terence descended the steps to greet her after seeing her approach. “It was inconsiderate of me to make you come out this early on your day off just to visita design exhibition.” 

“You managed to get the tickets and bring me here. I’m beyond thrilled.” 

Lily removed her sunglasses and slipped them into her bag as she smiled at him. 

He handed her a cup of coffee. Her fingertips brushed his hand when she extended her hand to take it. She could feel that his hand was cold. 

“Have you been waiting long?” 

Terence smiled faintly and turned around to walk alongside her into the exhibition hall. “Not that long. Yet, his hands were freezing 

He had driven here, so he didn’t feel cold on the way. His hand must have chilled from standing outside, waiting for her 

“I’m familiar with this place. You can just wait for me inside the next time,” 

Terence held the door for her and gestured for her to enter as her words fell. Lily immediately nodded in gratitude. “Thank you.” 

The exhibition hall was vast, showcasing two distinct display styles. One of the sections recreated various layouts, bringing the design concepts to life 

with actual decor. 

The other featured digital displays of the design blueprints, allowing visitors to view them in staming 360–degree detail 

“This design is quite similar in style to the work that won last year’s national design competition. I suspect it’s by the same person.” 

Terence held the coffee in our hand and kept the other in his pocket, explaining to Lily as they went. Many subtle designs in the recent design trends from the past two years have gradually evolved from earlier design elements, 

Lily could grasp much of it herself, but it would take significant time and effort to analyze it herself. Besides, there was so much for her to learn. She would inevitably miss out on certain aces 

She listed carefully to Terence’s explanations and focused intently on every design he highlighted.
