Of the Internet stories I have ever read, perhaps the most impressive one is Her Heart Her Terms (Lily and Xavier). The story is too good, leaving me with many doubts. Currently, the manga has been translated to Chapter 84. Let's read the author's Her Heart Her Terms (Lily and Xavier) Internet story right here.
Chapter 84
Given the recent events, Lily had found the confidence to push his limits.
Only then did Xavier realize he shouldn’t have gone out of his way to win her back; he should have let her come to him on her own. He didn’t mind that she didn’t realize it yet, but he was certain being with him was the best thing that could happen to her.
Still, he wouldn’t accept her turning his life upside down. So, he was willing to do whatever it took to get things back to the way they were. “Lily, there will come a day when you’ll be begging on your knees for me!” he muttered, finally releasing his grip on her chin. Lily winced, her eyes filling with tears from the pain.
She watched as his expression shifted from fury to a calm determination–it seemed as though he’d made up his mind about something Xavier turned around, picked up his cigarettes and lighter from the nightstand, and walked out.
Lily couldn’t sleep that night–an uneasy feeling kept her awake.
As dawn neared, she finally dozed off. When she woke up again, it was nearly 9:00 am. She quickly got ready and rushed downstairs.
Every Sunday morning, Edith would retreat to the study to practice calligraphy. No one was allowed in to disturb her. The living room was empty, and Xavier’s car was also nowhere to be
seen.
Lily had agreed to meet with the Clarks at 10:00 am. Therefore, she hurriedly approached Edith’s driver, Fabian Grant, to ask him for a favor.
“Mr. Grant, could you take me to the city?”
At this hour, she’d never make it on time if she took a cab; she had no choice but to rely on him.
“I’m sorry, Mrs. Fulton,” he said, avoiding her gaze. “Mr. Fulton instructed me to keep the car here in case of any emergencies with Mrs. Fulton Senior.”
Lily’s eyes narrowed. She instantly understood what Xavier had meant by making her beg on her knees for him.
She sneered and replied sharply, “Got it.”
With that, she left Fulton Manor and called for a ride. Meanwhile, she also texted Sylvester to let him know that she’d likely be late.
“No rush. The Clarks are more anxious than we are,” he replied.
Benjamin was the Clarks‘ only son. If he were to be arrested, his parents would be devastated.
By 10:30 am, Lily finally arrived. Sylvester was already waiting for her at the entrance.
“When I reached out to them, they were also finding a way to contact me. My guess is that they’re keen on a deal, but just remember to stay calm,” Sylvester muttered. Lily responded softly, “Alright.”
When she stepped into the cafe, her gaze settled on an elderly couple, who appeared to be in their 60s.
She’d only met Bejamin’s mother, Jasmine Garcia, once in court, but she remembered her well.
The woman had a harsh and unfriendly look. She’d put on quite a show in court by crying and shouting. But as soon as she’d won the case, her expression had immediately switched to a smug
smile.
The moment Jasmine saw Lily, she jumped up from her seat, rushed over, and dropped to her knees.
“Please, Ms. Joyner, I beg you to let my son go! He was just upset about what your brother did to his family… You and your brother have already taken Bianca from us. You can’t take him too!

There were not many people in the cafe on a Sunday. Therefore, Jasmine’s loud pleas broke the silence in the cafe and quickly drew everyone’s attention. Soft murmurs began to spread around the cafe.
