She knew Nick meant every word. He could be very cruel when he gets really pissed. The memory of how she was with Derick came to her mind. That was how they made love. She had a sleep mask on. She wanted to forget how she lost her virginity and when the right time comes, she would tell Nick about it.

(Next morning)

Nick went to the seafood restaurant to watch the video and she was waiting for him because they would go to the office together. She was brushing her hair when she saw Eve's name flashing on her phone's screen.

"Eve? Are you fine? Where are you? "

" I am okay. Finally Lance and I talked. That was his half-sister. His mother doesn't know about her. They were secretly meeting their father that time when someone saw them."

She sighed in relief. " I am so glad to hear that. "

"I know and thanks for being a shoulder to cry on for me. "

"You are always there for me Eve so no need to thank me. We are sisters at heart. " she replied with a smile.

"You got that right girlfirend! Anyway, I'll see you later okay?"

"Hmm.. can we meet after lunch instead? At the tea shop near your unit. I can't stay long though because Nick and I have plans for tonight."

"Sure! See you later girlfriend!" Eve happily said.

She went down the basement parking when Nick called that he was just a few minutes away. She saw a black Jaguar when she got off the lift. She couldn't help worry knowing he saw the recording of the seafood restaurant already.

He didn't even open the door for her and didn't looked at her way when she slid in. She nervously threw him a glance. His right profile looks grim.

"H-Honey?" she called him.

He didn't turn nor answer her. She saw him clenched his right hand on the wheel she just kept silent. After a few minutes, he finally spoke.

"You are still lucky that you told me everything last night before I saw that f*cking video! If you haven't.. I'll come down on you like a ton of brick and I will knock the living daylights out of that asshole! You haven't seen my worst side yet honey. And by God...I don't want you to.. " he said through gritted teeth without even looking at her.

She just looked at her hands on her lap. She was at fault. "S-Sorry honey." her voice was a bit shaky.

When Nick heard that she was almost in tears when she apologized, he wanted to stopped being angry but what he saw in the video played again in his mind, he uttered a bad word.

SHIT ALCANTARA! Calm down! You have punished her enough last night! You don't want her to be terrified of you again! He advised himself.

He had no intention of making her scared of him when he gets jealous but it was very hard to control his emotions. He glanced at her She was wearing a sleeveless white and red short dress and her hair was loose on her shoulders.

"Do something with your hair!" he ordered.

She moistened her lips. "What do you want me to do?"

He cursed. "I don't want your hair down at the office ! And what the hell do you have on?! Next time don't wear something like that ! " he rasped.

"O-Okay. S-Sorry." she said as she tied her hair in a bun.

She was grateful Nick acted normally when they entered the building. People greeted them. As she predicted, they all seemed in awe as they look at them . She pasted a shy smile on her face. Nick's hand on her was a bit firmer than usual. They entered the empty elevator.

"Norman will drive you. What time are you meeting Eve?" he asked ."

"Is around 3 fine?"

"Be at the condo by 5. My family is expecting us at 7."

She nodded.

Everyone especially Cherry looked shocked when the elevator opened.

"G-Good morning sir...Stacey.." Cherry managed to greet them despite the surprise on her face.

The others said good morning to them too.

"Good morning! " Nick greeted them back before turning to his secretary. " Miss Mendez, Is everything ready for the meeting?" he asked her.

"Yes sir! The conference room is ready. I am just waiting for your go signal so I can call the attendees."

Nick nodded. He pulled her to his side and kissed her on the cheek.

She buried her face on his shoulder when she felt a delicious sensation inside her core.

"Ohhhh.." she cried out as her body shook a little.

Nick continued pumping harder but after a few more seconds, his mouth went on the top of her head to utter his endearment for her as his semen spurts inside her. He has his arms around her. They stayed still for a few moments. When their breathing normalized, Nick took his member out of her hole.

Cherry asked her a lot of questions about Nick and her, she felt thankful when she had her alone time at last. Nick's meeting will end in half an hour. He didn't want her in the conference room because most of the attendees were male. She had enough time to breathe easily even for a while.

She was drawing some new designs when Eve called.

"Eve? We will meet at 3 ." she reminded her friend. It was only half past 10.

"Girlfriend can we just meet in my apartment? " her voice sounds worried.

She played with her pen.Nick wouldn't like that. " I'll see you at the cafe. "

" I have to take care of Blake. He doesn't want me to bring him to the hospital."

Her forehead creased. "What happened to him?"

" Five men had beaten him up last night. He couldn't fight back because he was blind drunk!"

She remembered what she heard Nick said last night.

F*cking hell! I will kill that bastard!!"

She was also reminded of her phone conversation with Tyler. He said Nick was very dangerous because he was powerful and influential and he was obsessed with her.

"Did he pay those men to beat up Blake?" she mumbled to herself. She felt her heart thumped.
