Eva was just looking at her with a pale face, life is never kind to anyone and it seems that it really hated Eva. The more she was dreading that their paths might cross the more life was getting them closer to bump into each other.

"Why on Earth did she join this school from all the rest in the city?" She cursed herself.

"Hey, are you ok? You look as if you have seen some ghost", Mrs. Collins said as she looked at Eva with concern.

"Yeah, I am fine, it's just I didn't sleep well last night", Eva replied to her and started looking in her bag to avoid eye contact.

In truth, she was far from okay. The mere thought of meeting Taimur had shaken her to the core. Why does he have to visit the school now?

" Morning Mrs. Collins, Morning Mrs. Rodriguez, you ladies are early today", Tia greeted them as she entered the staff room.

Tia was the youngest of all teachers in their school, she was a geography teacher.

Eva and Tia got along really well with each other. Tia was looking for a guy to get married and settle down with, but unfortunately the guys she dated were not interested in marriage and settling down.

Tia would always end up dating the wrong guys and Eva would have to fix her up after every heartbreak.

"Morning Tia", They replied together.

" Yeah, Mateo had an early meeting so he dropped me off early. And Mrs. Collins is always early because her husband is the principal", Eva replied.

"And how is our Princy doing? Heard some Prince is giving him a tough time", Tia said as she opened her locker and started pulling things out of it.

" Ohh yes, they say this one is really tough. He is very observant and the management doesn't want to lose the funding, and hence they are painting and repairing everything", Mrs. Collins said as she started arranging papers in the folder.

Tia and Mrs. Collins got engaged in a deep conversation, while Eva tried to compose herself and stop thinking about Taimur.

Eva didn't know how she finished taking classes that day, in one class a student was asking her some doubt and she was immersed in her thoughts. When the boy slightly tapped her shoulder she realized she had zoned out in the class.

Eva apologized to the boy and started answering his questions. She tried to keep a present mind in all the other classes after that but it was proving really difficult.

Robin had come to pick her from school, he had also picked Eva from her school who was sitting in the back seat of the car.

Eva had always tried to explain to her she should stay away from strangers and not accept anything from them. But when it came to ice cream Emma would forget everything.

"Mrs. Rodriguez the guard at the school was telling some Prince is going to visit your school, is it true?" Robin asked Eva.

Eva just rolled her eyes, does anyone had anything else to talk about other than the Fucking Prince.

"Yes Robin", Eva replied. She just wanted to talk about anything but Taimur.

But it seemed everyone was only interested in talking about him. He was a celebrity for the American media after the crackdown on the RRH.

The paparazzi would follow him everywhere, major Television Network and Print media houses competed to get his interviews.

He was invited to charity dinners and celebrity events. Eva wondered how he managed everything from business to public relations with such grace.

Eva decided she should call sick to work on the day Taimur was to visit the school. She had thought it would be best if she avoided meeting him. This way he will never know Eva was in New York nor will he ever find out about Emma.
