Taimur agreed to his request to hold peace talks between the middle eastern countries, once he was back from the US. The Secretary of State also asked Taimur to meet him when he was visiting the US. Taimur agreed to him for the meeting and asked him to tell his PA to contact Taimur's assistant in the US regarding his schedule.

After the phone call he left his seat, he needed Alia to calm him down. Only she could provide peace to his chaotic mind. Eva's memories would bring chaos along with them, that was the reason he tried to avoid thinking about her.

" Riyadh tell Mustafa to cancel my appointments for today and make sure he gets in touch with the PA of Uncle Waleed and gets me his appointment as soon as possible. Need to discuss with him regarding the phone call of the Secretary", He said to Riyadh who was sitting on the opposite side of his desk.

"Where are you going?" Riyadh asked as he rose from the chair.

"Need to see my wife, it's been a long day", Taimur winked at Riyadh.

He didn't want Riyadh to suspect anything. Otherwise, he would start nagging him with his questions.

" But you have been here just for 4hrs", Riyadh answered surprised.

"Need to pay her a surprise visit. You can also try this, it really works well with wives", He said heading towards the door.

He could feel Riyadh's gaze fixed on him. Taimur just ignored him and headed towards the elevator.

He told his driver to head for the hospital, where Alia worked. It was a public hospital. The largest State of the art hospital in Azmaayir. And Alia was the Head of the Ophthalmology department. He was proud of her, she was the best eye surgeon in Azmaayir.

Taimur had visited the hospital in the past but they were all official visits. This was the first time he was going to visit uncalled. He knew the chaos that will result in the staff due to his visit. Alia might even kill him for visiting uninformed. She was very professional when it came to work, she didn't want the people to think she could get away with anything because she was the future Queen Consort.

As expected the hospital staff was shocked to see him enter the building. His guards were clearing the way for him. Every person had come to a standstill, Taimur just ignored their stares and headed to the elevator. The Ophthalmology department was on the sixth floor of the building.

He knew Alia would be informed about his arrival by the reception. And as expected when he stepped out of the elevator he saw Alia hurrying towards him. He smiled and waved at her, but she was glaring at him with fury.

"My lioness is furious", he thought with amusement.

Alia didn't say anything and escorted him to her cabin, he followed her without saying a word and the moment he was inside her cabin she turned and hissed at him.

" What the fuck you are doing, here? I thought we had discussed this earlier we never visit each other at work".

"This is not the way a good wife addresses her husband and the future King", Taimur taunted.

" You are an arrogant pompous asshole", Alia swore fisting both her hands.

Taimur burst out in laughter at her choice of words.

"You know you look so cute and hot when you are angry", Taimur said trying to cool her off.

"We will talk in the evening when I get home, but right now you have to go", Alia sighed and looked at him.

" I told you, I am leaving with you", Taimur asserted.

"Do you want it to be the national news on television? The Crown Prince calls on his wife at work and then they leave together from the hospital", Alia mimicked the tone of the newsreader of National Television of Azmaayir.

Taimur couldn't control his laughter this time, and Alia too smiled with him.

" I don't understand why you behave in such an impulsive way, why don't you think of the consequences before you act", Alia said to him annoyed.

Taimur took a deep breath and rose from the chair and came close to her, then holding both her hands in his and looking in her eyes he said, "I need you, baby".

Alia looked like she was caught in a dilemma, she kept looking in his eyes for a few minutes and then sighed and said " Okk but this is the only time, I will come with you. Promise me you will never call on work to me again. Taimur being royalty doesn't mean we can get away with anything".

Taimur knew she was right, even though he was very professional in all his dealings, but today, after finding Eva's stuff and reminiscing the time they spent together, had started a turmoil in his mind. And he knew only Alia could calm the storm rising inside him. Alia had sensed something was off with him today and had agreed to go with him without putting up any fight.

They had lunch together, then Taimur took her shopping. They had some alone time after years. Taimur was calmed after a few hours in Alia's company, Eva's thoughts banished from his mind. He knew Alia had this quality to make him forget everything else except her.

They went to Alia's parents home in the evening, Alia's family was a closely knit one. All the siblings were very close and attached to each other, both her brother's lived along with her parents. Taimur liked both her brothers; they were decent men.
