Bryce was fuming, his hand reaching out to grab Florence by the arm.

He was strong, and Florence winced, managing to pull away. "What the hell is your problem? I was cautious. How did she get my hair?"

She paused, suddenly recalling their trip to Banyan City. Parisa had helped her into the car, mentioning her hair was a bit messy.

At the time, she had dismissed it as nothing.

Now, with Bryce bringing up Parisa's plans to visit a DNA testing facility, a chill ran down her spine.

Florence's face turned pale as she looked down in frustration. "It was on the drive back from Banyan City. That sly woman, Parisa. How could I have known she suspected anything?"

"You idiot!" Bryce spat. "I told you to be more careful, and now she’s gone and beat us to the punch. If she gets a new result and finds out you're not her daughter, she could expose you to the world. You'll be nothing but a fraud, and we’ll lose everything!" His eyes glinted dangerously.

Florence was seething, clenching her teeth. "So what do we do? We can't let her get those tests done!"

"Well," Bryce said, his eyes gleaming with a cold intelligence, "Mr. Liam told me she’s leaving the company. That means she’s leaving her fortress." He leaned in, whispering a plan into her ear, his words sending a chill through her.

Florence's eyes widened...

Just then, a group of police officers approached their car, moving in with purpose.

Bryce noticed them out of the corner of his eye, recognizing them as coming from Inko Group.

His expression darkened as he shoved Florence towards the other side of the car. "Parisa must have called them… I'll handle them. You get out of here and do what I told you!"

"This time, we have to succeed, Florence. If we don't, and Parisa teams up with Ludwik, think about what'll happen to you!"

Florence's eyes were wide with determination, and she nodded. She couldn’t let this slip away.
