"This place is nice," I complimented as I looked around. The doors and windows were glass and at the bar section, they were various liquor from wines, beers, and rum all lined on the wooden shelves. They were patrons seated at the wooden counter as the bartender mixed various drinks for them. Waitresses was busy taking orders and delivering them to persons both seated at the bar and in the lounge where we were. Laughs and chatters could be heard as everyone shared a story or talk about something in general.

"I said the same thing the minute I spotted it and came inside," she squealed. Chuckling at her behavior, she looked at me and playfully rolled her eyes. She was about to say something when the waitress came with our foods. I could smell the cheese that was a gooey mess on the burger. Thanking her, she left and I took it up and took a big bite. I could taste all the flavors as I chewed. Emily on the other end eyes was practically rolling in her head. Taking another bite, the cheese drizzled down her chin and I quickly leaned over and wiped it away before sucking my fingers into my mouth.

Her body shuddered and I knew for a fact there and then that my actions turned her on. Licking her lips slowly, I could feel the blood slowly rushing to my cock. Looking away, my eyes spotted someone who was staring intently at her. Looking at me, he quickly turned around and disappear out the door. Getting up, I rushed after him but by the time I reached outside he was long gone.

"What's wrong?" She asked panic filling her voice.

Emily

"It's so nice to see you, Emily," his voice floated over to me. Cringing, I turned to him and smiled before I began to walk away. Just coming out of my apartment, I was greeted by Tim who dressed in his dark jeans and his polo shirt. I continued walking but was halted by his voice.

"I'm sorry Emily, I am sorry for how things went down between us. I really do." Turning towards him, I could see the sincerity in his eyes and I could also hear it in his voice. "Is there any chance you could forgive me?"

"Why the sudden change?" I asked confused. This was totally unlike him, unlike his nature for the three years I have been working at the bookstore, I have never seen or heard of Tim being sincere about anything.

"Well," he said while blushing. "I have been seeing someone who brings out the best in me and who always makes me want to be at my best." Smiling at him, I totally know what he meant as Adam's name flashed across my mind the minute he uttered those words. "So, will you forgive me?" he probed. Nodding my head, he held out his hand and I shook it.

Smiling, we parted ways with goodbye. Walking out the door, I heard my phone beep indicating that I got a text message. Digging through my bag, I was about to grip it when I looked up and saw that the bus I usually took stopped at my feet. Getting on, I smiled as soon as I saw the driver. "Hey Miss Emily," Joe greeted cheerfully.

"Hey Joe," I replied back with the same enthusiasm.
