||Mishal's POV||
I woke up with a thick layer of sweat covering my face and uneven breaths. The whole room was drowned in darkness and the light of the moon was entering the room through windows.
I sat on the bed and wiped my tears which were flowing without my knowledge. I tensed up when I heard shuffling around the room. I quickly moved towards my right side with fear and ran my hand on the bedside table.
I turned the switch of the lamp on and released the breath which I was holding without knowing. Zayaan was standing in the middle of the room and was looking at me with hard eyes.
“What are you doing?” He asked without any emotions which made me scared.
“I.. Your mother moved my.. stuff h-ere. She was here when.. I was.. going to.. rest,” I answered him and shuttered in fear.
He looked at me with the same hard eyes then moved towards his closet and disappeared in it. I moved from the bed and stood up. I slowly made my way to the door but was stopped.
“Where are you going?” I heard his voice from behind me.
I tensed up and turned around slowly. I looked at him and looked away from his face to his clothes which were covered in blood. It wasn't the first time I was seeing blood on him but after having the nightmare I was feeling scared of him.
I saw him drenched in the blood of someone before twice but again seeing him in blood was giving me goosebumps and shivers. I didn't notice when he reached me and stood in front of me.
“I asked you. Where are you going?” He asked again in a low voice.
But this time his voice was hard and cold. I looked back at him and gasped when I saw the anger in his eyes. It made me freeze and numb on the spot.
“Ki-tc.. Kitchen,” I shuttered again and hated myself for scaring everytime.
I didn't wait for him to say anything or ask anything. I turned around quickly and walked out of his room without wasting a second before I felt nausea from the smell of blood.
I went to the back garden and sat on the swing. I rubbed my arms and stared at the tree. I got up from the swing and went inside the house when I was shivering from the cold air of night.
I went to the kitchen and felt hungry again. I opened the fridge and pulled the ingredients out. I made chicken bread rolls and went to the living hall with the plate in my hand.
I turned the small light on and sat on the couch. I slowly tried to eat it peacefully but subconsciously thought about the blood I saw on Zayaan today. I closed my eyes and exhaled slowly.
I finished rolls quickly and put the plate on the table beside the couch. I looked at the stairs and bit my lip. I wasn't sure about going back up in his room or to the guest room. I was feeling tired and wanted to sleep but thoughts of his angry and cold self made me stay here in the living hall.
After five minutes, I took the plate and placed it in the kitchen. I slowly went up stairs but stopped when I reached on the last stair. I went to my left instead of going right. I went to the guest room which I used previously.
I laid on the bed with a sigh and closed my eyes. I let myself slip in the darkness and prayed to not have any nightmare.

I woke up and sat on the bed slowly then got up from the bed and went to the washroom. I washed my face and brushed my teeth with a spare toothbrush.
I exited the washroom and tidy the room then I walked out of the room and went to the kitchen.
A smile stretched on my lips when I saw Kamal in the kitchen and the mouthwatering smell was spreaded in the kitchen. He turned around when he heard my footsteps and his lips curled up in a smile similar to mine but his smile was bigger than mine.
“So nice to see you again, ma'am!” He said, politely.
I smiled at him and sat on the chair in the kitchen. He turned around and went back to cook.
“Congrats, ma'am,” He congratulated me.
“Thank you,” I whispered, knowing why he congratulated me.
He put a plate in front of me and started cleaning the invisible mess, he created in the kitchen. I finished the delicious breakfast in few minutes. I stood up to wash the plate but he took it from me.
“Thank you!” I whispered, sitting back.
After washing, he came with a glass of fresh juice and handed me the glass. I frowned at the glass.
“Your mother’s in law order!” He said.
