"I think you know where I am going with this."
"Yes" I said looking at the floor
"You need to tell him. My son deserves to know doesn't he?"
"He is happy not knowing." I said
"You know that for a fact? You haven't told him that you are his mate, have you?"
"No I haven't"
"Then you don't know if he is happy not knowing."
"He is happy with Kalee."
"Kalee isn't a wolf, she is human. My son knows that he can't be with her forever like he can with you."
I didn't know what to say.
"I am not has young as I use to be Morgan. I want to make sure my son has an Alpha female at his side when I hand the pack over to him."
I would love to be at his side when he becomes Alpha but........
"I want you to come live at the pack house starting Monday."
"What? I can't. My dad, my life is here."
"I know it is and your father can come with you."
"But-"
"No buts you are coming and that is final." He said to me in his Alpha voice.
"Yes, sir"
"Now, I need to speak to your father." He said getting up from the chair he was sitting in and headed for the library.
"May be it is best that you come to the pack house." Jackie, Ash's mother said putting a hand on my shoulder. I almost forgot she was here.
"No it won't!" I shouted and ran to my room crying. I know it is childish but I can't help it. A few minutes later there was a knock at the door
"Come in" I said wiping the tears away.
"Hey, honey." Jackie said with a smile.
"Hi"
"Honey, I know you don't want to tell him now but I think it will be good for you to experience what living with the pack is like."
I just nodded
"Oh honey I can't wait for you to tell him that you are mates." She said with a smile
"What if he doesn't want me to be his mate?"
"He will honey, he will. You sound so much like your mother. She was just as worried as you are to tell your father that she was his mate."
"He looks so happy with her thought. I want him to be happy with me thought."
"He will be happy with you. Now no more tears. We have to get you ready for tonight." She said with a big smile on her face.
The next half hour she helped me get ready for the bonfire. I felt like I had a mom again.
"Alright, you're all done." She said very excited
I laughed at how happy and excited she is all the time. We walked down stairs and I was stunned at the sight in front of me.
"Dad?" My father has standing in front of me with some kind of smile on his face and was in a pair of khakis and a shirt.
"Hi, sweetheart" he said
"I didn't it is an order."
"What?"
"Someone told her father that I wasn't coming tonight so he and your mother came to my house and ordered me to come here." I said ticked off
"Oh" that was all she said.
"John, stop it." I stiffened when I heard a high pitched voice behind me. I didn't need to turn around to know who. It was Kalee................................ and John. My John. My mate.
"Let's go outside and see how the bonfires going." Ash said pulling me out the back door of the house.
Outside there was a blazing fire with wooden logs around it. Most of the teenagers were outside. We walked over to some of the girls we knew from school and..............their mates. They look so happy together. This is not helping.
"I am going to get a drink." I said to Ash. She nodded reluctantly and I walked into the house to the kitchen. I got a coke and started to drink it when someone tapped my shoulder.
"Morgan, is that you dear?" I turned around to see Miss. May who was a friend of my mothers.
"Hi, Miss May it is nice to see you."
"Yes it is nice to see you too dear. I just wanted to tell you how happy I am that you have finally decided to move in with the pack."
"Oh, um thank you?" I didn't know what to say. How did she know that I was moving in?
"Your mother would be so proud of you dear."
"Thank you" I said it isn't like I haven't heard that before and made my way back out side.
The Alpha called everyone to come around the fire about an hour later. Luckily, Kalee had to leave early. One she couldn't stay when we talked about wolf pack. Second she said she had something in the morning and needed her sleep.
"Alright everyone" Tommy started, " to start off I hope everyone is having a good time tonight." Some people clapped, others cheered, and some teenage boys howled.
"I am glad to hear" he said smiling, "Now has of Monday Morgan Davidson and her father Ruben Davidson will be living in the pack house." People clapped
WHAT!?!?!?! How could he tell everyone?
