During the subsequent consultations, Wesley couldn’t help but be distracted, his thoughts constantly drifting to Sana. Noticing Wesley was clearly distracted, Jessica soon took her leave.

After seeing her off, Wesley did something he almost never did–he closed up the clinic early and left.

He drove aimlessly through the streets, lost in thought, until he suddenly realized he’d ended up outside Sana’s apartment complex.

Wesley pulled over by the curb and sighed to himself, ‘Since I’m already here, I might as well wait. Maybe she’ll come back soon.‘ Besides, he wanted to ask her directly about all those dinners Jessica had mentioned.

And as fate would have it, today, Sana had gone on another blind date. Her date was completely smitten with her, and even after she politely turned him down over dinner, he stubbornly pleaded for another chance and insisted on seeing her home.

No matter how many times Sana refused, he wouldn’t give up. Not wanting to embarrass the matchmaker, she finally gave in and let him take her home.

After over half an hour of awkward small talk, they finally arrived at her apartment complex.

Sana practically jumped out of the car, eager to get away. But as she looked up, she saw Wesley standing near! grave as he glared at her. For a split second, Sana froze in shock, thinking, ‘What’s he doing here?‘
