There was spaghetti and meatballs on one plate on the other there was ham and cheese sandwich and others that I didn't recognize.

I was staring at food and was waiting AlphJason to give me permission to eat. It was part of the rules in

my uncle's pack. It might be the same here so I didn't want to get into trouble.

"Why are you not eating? Don't you like it? Are you allergic to it? Shit!!"

I looked away from the tray of amazing foods and looked at Jason. He was looking at me in confusion and worry. His eyes uneasy.

"Y-you didn't p-permit me t-to eat" I muttered.

He looked at me for a long while before pinching the tip of his nose inFrustration?

Great Kenzie! Already frustrating the guy.

"I'm sorry" I quickly apologized. I don't want him to get mad at me.

He looked at me before shaking his head. "Eat Kenzie. You don't need my permission" He said while running his hand through his hair.

He called me Kenzie.

Its my name but I'm already used to him calling me Kitten. He must be mad at me. My face must have been portraying a sad look because he said almost immediately.

"I'm not mad at you. I'm just not happy that you are asking my permission eat" He said the last part with a sad look on his face. He sighed loudly while glancing at me.

"Make this your second rule. Never ask my permission to eat or use anything here. Everything I have is yours too. You'll only ask for my permission if you want to go out so that I'll come with, I don't want you to get lost, okay?"

I nodded my head to his words. I can do that. I'm very good at keeping to the rules.

I picked up the fork and went straight to the spaghetti and meatballs. Not to lie it was my favorite food when my parents were still alive.

I did my best to stifle a moan when the food reached my tastebud. The food is gooooood. I scarfed down the food quickly.

When I finished the food and looked up I saw Jason smiling at me. I must have embarrassed myself when I was eating like that. I looked down to my plate to avoid looking him in the face.

"For someone so small like you, you sure eat a lot" He said in amusement. Is he laughing at me?

I felt a something on my face and flinched. I looked up to see Jason wiping the corner of my mouth and cheek to get rid of the sauce. My face flushed in embarrassment as he was cleaning it.

Way to go, Kenzie.

"You are a messy eater too" He mumbled. To himself I think.

That explains why everything here is either black or gray. Even the curtains and the ceiling.

"What's your favorite food?" He asked.

"Um, it s-should be Spaghetti Bolognese. Today is the first time I ate it in t-ten years" He hummed at that.

"We will have to change that now. Won't we?. Don't worry love, you'll get to eat and do things that you've not done before. I'll make sure of that"

His word's warmed my heart and it made me almost cry. Nobody except BFG and Beta Williams have been kind to me like this. It made me giddy inside to now that he cares and wants to make me happy.

I said a quiet 'thank you' to him hoping he hears it. He did and whispered 'it's no problem'.

I raised my heard and looked at him. His hands was hovering on my head as if he wanted to touch it but is stopping himself. I didn't know when or why I did it but I took his hand and placed it on my head. We both froze at that. I think he was surprised, I was too. I don't know why I did it.

I was about to say 'sorry' when his hand starting moving on my head. It felt nice so I just kept quiet and allowed him to continue it.

We stayed quiet for a long time before he spoke.

"Just so you know, my favorite food is Pancake " He said with all seriousness.

I stifled a laugh at that. The big bad Alpha's favorite food is Pancake. I tried to hold my laugh but I couldn't contain it any longer so I started laughing.
