They looked almost the same as me. No! Jasmine and Jordan looked worse than me. Their eyes were red and they had huge bags under their eyes. Okay?

I cleared my throat and looked away from their pity stares. Jasmine has changed drastically from her loud self to, to a mum? She's always doting on everybody and that is just so fucking weird. I think it's her way of coping with what is happening though.

Jordan has just been crying and has been eating dozens of chocolate Every time. The guy has

gained weight. Like a lot, but not that much. He changed from somewhat skinny to a little less skinny?

Caleb just took over everything. He helps me run the pack while I look for Kenzie.

What hurt me the most was that I almost got her. I found where she was, but by the time we got there... She was gone. There was no sign of anybody being there. Except her scent. It was faint, but it was there.

I destroyed that place in my rage and cried so fucking hard when I was alone at home.

"How are you feeling, Jay?" Jasmine asked, while raising her hand as if she wanted to touch me.

I flinched and moved back.

"Don't. Don't call me that" No one calls me that. Except Kenzie. My eyes watered at the thought. J miss her voice. I miss her calling me Jay.

Jasmine looked so sad when I flinched. I wanted to apologize, but I couldn't.

"Please don't call me t-that" My voice broke at the end. I cleared my throat and wipe my eyes. Get a grip Jason. You need to be strong right now, not weak.

I smiled at them and asked. "Where is the guy?"

If they were looking at me with pity before, it intensified. What! Why can't you be happy that I smiled. I smiled!

Caleb just pointed at the office and I started moving there with long strides. Let's just get this over with.

I glared at the flimsy human that was seated on my chair. He looked so nervous and scared. If he is so nervous, why did he come here?

"Where is Kenzie?" I asked him, cutting the chase. I don't want to know who he is or how he met my mate.

"I um asked her to write something down for all you, so that you'd believe me, but she wrote for all of you. So please give them the paper that has their names on it" He said and sat down.

I looked at him in shock. Kenzie wrote me something? My Kenzie?

I held the note pad tight in my hands. My hands were shaking like crazy.

I cleared my throat and blinked rapidly to stop the tears in my eyes from flowing. We don't want to cry in front of them, Koda. We don't.

I opened the note pad and moved to one corner in my office, away from the eye that were staring holes in my skull.

I opened the note pad and just her handwriting alone made the tears roll down my cheeks. I remember when she started writing again 'cause it's been long since she did. She ran into my office that day and showed me what she wrote. She had written down my name. JASON.

I blinked the tears away and wiped my tears away.

Hey Jay. I miss you so much. I miss you so very much. I started. The tears came faster and faster changed to anger as I read of what that bastard did to her. He fucking drugged her. The rage took over me. All I was seeing was red.

Koda and I were out for blood. And I'll stop at nothing to bring my mate to back to me. Back home.
