~Third person's POV~

Brian drove the car through the bumpy road. This is crazy! This is so fucking crazy. Who would have told him that he would meet a werewolf, talk more of helping one.

He ran his hand through his head and let out a huge sigh.

"Okay Brian. You can do this. You got this. You just go there and do what? What the fuck am i meant to do again?" He questioned himself. He had recited what will happen just yesterday, but anxiousness made him forget them all.

"I will not let Kenzie down" He repeated to himself over and over again.

He truly want to help the young lady. Get her out of the hands of those leeches. He tried his best in making sure that he's the only one meeting her. Spent lot's of money too. The lady was too good to be in that position. She has a kind heart and she's beautiful too, so fucking beautiful, but she's not mine. Her husba...mate would rip me in half if he hears my thought. He's a werewolf Brian. A werewolf.

Brian looked around him and all he saw were trees. That made sense, since they were werewolves.

As he passed by, he saw some sign posts that said private property. He ignored it and continued down the road. He saw a gate from afar and that was when his heart started beating faster and his breath came out in pants.

'This is it' Brian thought as he wiped the sweat off his brows. This is going to be tough, but he'll do it for Kenzie.

The gate that looked somewhat small from afar suddenly looked gigantic. Brian parked his car just in front of the gate and gulped.

This is it.

He opened the door and got down, locking the door behind him. He was about to move towards the gate when a very loud growl was heard.

Brian flinched in fear and looked up to see a very huge guy suddenly standing in front of him. He moved backwards in fear.

How...how did he get here?

"WHAT THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE DOING HERE,HUMAN?" The guy asked, his voice

taunting Brian when he said 'human'.

Why the fuck does the sun have to do this to me. My head throbbed badly. I raised my head from where I was in the floor and glared at the sun with closed eyes.

How the fuck did I end up on the floor?

I opened my eyes slowly and looked around. Oh! I drank myself to stupor...again. it's nothing new, so don't worry about it.

It's true that werewolves don't get drunk like humans, but I think drinking twelve, wait... fifteen bottles is enough to make me over drunk.

Don't blame me or look at me with pity. I'm broken hearted.

"You need to, Jason. Just get up and get dressed" Caleb mind linked, moving out of the room.

He doesn't fucking listen. I don't want to stand up from here. I laid down on the floor and sighed when the throbbing reduced a little bit. Yeah! I'm not moving from this floor.

I was just about to drift off, when Caleb spoke in the mind link. No he didn't speak, he fucking shouted.

'Get your ass up Jason. The guy is human and he claims he knows where Kenzie is'

Just hearing my mates name sent me up and running. Fuck the headache. I've been living with heartache since she left, so I can manage some little headache. Pfff!

You might be thinking that I've given up looking for Kenzie. Nope. Never. No fucking way. That woman is my life. My happiness. My everything. I can't just let her go like that.

I've been looking for her. Tracking that bastard to know where he kept my mate. The pack members are a great help too.

It's just that I have some moment of weakness. When everything just becomes too much. So I just drown myself in alcohol. At least it tries to numb the pain,somehow,for a few hours.

I took my bath and brushed my teeth quickly. I dressed up and looked into the mirror. At least I look a little bit presentable? Except for the huge bags under my eyes. I'm surprised that Koda hasn't taken over because of how, how...I don't know the word. Gloomy,yeah,because of how gloomy I've been acting.

I sighed as I moved towards the door. This human should fucking be sure that he knows or has an idea of where my mate is. Or else? He might die? I'm not really sure.

I opened the door and almost flinched at Caleb, Jasmine and Jordan that were standing in front of my door.
