"That's good love, just make sure that you don't overwork yourself. Okay?" Jason said with all seriousness.

I just nodded my head in agreement. As if baking and looking after adorable children will drain me. It's no work compared to what I've been doing in my uncle's pack.

I stood up and went to give Jason a hug. It's also part of our routine. Before I leave, I must give him a hug. Jason returned the hug with a kiss on my forehead.

"Take care of yourself okay?" He said with his mouth still pressed on my forehead.

"You too"

I picked up the tray and started moving to the door. I was almost there when something in the corner of the room caught my eye.

Jason's jacket.

I turned to him slowly, with a glare on my face.

"For the hundredth time Jason"

"PICK UP YOUR JACKET"

"PICK UP MY JACKET"

We both shouted at the same time.

"I know babe. I know. It won't happen again, starting now" He said while rushing to pick up the jacket and also pecking my cheek.

I huffed and muttered 'better' before leaving the office.

I was cracking some eggs into a transparent bowl and Avery, a worker here was measuring the flour into a bowl.

She was a sweet girl that had to grow up too fast. She was fourteen when her parents were killed by rouges five years ago, leaving behind a baby to take care of.

"How is Zayn?" I asked with a smile. Zayn is her bubbly, cute and adorable brother. He was almost five but he was wiser then his age.

"He is doing very well. He lost his first tooth yesterday" She answered with a smile and a sparkle in her eyes. It always shows when she's talking about Zayn. Can't blame her, the boy is adorable.

"Aw, Hope you gave him something from the tooth fairy?" I asked while laughing.

"I did. You should see his face yesterday. I have the picture on my phone" She said while cleaning her flour covered hands on her apron and bringing out her phone from her pocket. She gave me her phone so that I can see the picture. Zayn was in his Batman pajamas and was holding a lot of candy in his small hands. His smile was so bright and you could see the gap in his teeth.

I awed at the picture and handed her phone back to her. I was about to say something when the door to the bakery opened with a 'ding'. I looked up to see a woman that was dressed to the nines entering the bakery.

"Oh-uh, trouble is here" Avery whispered beside me.

Sharon's mum didn't protest at all she just gave me a stink eye that spoke volumes. She was not done yet.

Immediately she left and the door closed behind her, I fell on a chair and was breathing deeply over and over. I don't want to have a panic attack now.

I need Jason.

As if he heard what I said, Jason entered immediately with a worried look on his face. He made his way towards me quickly and pulled me into a deep hug while repeating 'you are okay love, I'm here' .

I breathed in his intoxicating scent and that calmed me down immediately.

Jason is here.

I suddenly felt very tired and didn't know what happened next.

When I opened my eyes next, I was being placed on a bed. Obviously Jason's bed.

"You can rest love, I'm here. I'm not going anywhere"

That was the last thing I heard before I slept off.
