Zivon got into the car and glanced at Xavia through the rear-view mirror with a secretive look in his eyes. After that, he started the car and drove to the apartment.

The bachelor's apartment was indeed very quiet.

The lights turned on when Xavia walked in. She sat down on the sofa, looked at the arrogant Zivon and said bluntly, “Young Master Burton, I don’t think I owe you anything, but feel free to correct me if I’m wrong. Dog? Zivon smiled in amusement, his eyes darkening as he said, “A dog is very loyal, so I’ll take that as a compliment.”

Compliment?! It was clearly an insult!

Xavia’s face turned a bright red. He was not apologizing to her at all, he was just taking advantage of this opportunity to tease her! Rascal!
