We have hundreds of employees to think about; I’m really sorry."

Nathalie, ever composed and understanding, replied, "I get it. Don't worry. I'll make the termination process as smooth as possible. A small compensation for the breach is enough. I won't make it hard on you."

Perhaps Nathalie's poise struck a chord with them because they offered, "Ms. Nathalie, although our company can't officially work with you, I'd love for you to handle my personal wardrobe needs."
