Time was ticking away in the tense room.

Dominick finally realized that just staring blankly at Nathan wasn't going to solve anything. He started brainstorming, "Ford, we gotta come up with a plan to help him beat his inner demons."

Ford shot him a skeptical glance, "You think you can help?"

Dominick huffed, "Why not? I might not have pi memorized like you, but I've got plenty of ideas."

Ford raised an eyebrow, "Oh yeah? What have you got?"

Dominick rubbed his head, "Nothing yet, but I'll think of something."

He began pacing around the bedside, making Ford, who had a bit of OCD, dizzy. "Can you stop that?" Ford asked.

Dominick snapped back, "Mind your own business."

Ford sighed, "If you have to pace, could you at least do it in a straight line?"

Dominick stopped in his tracks and quipped, "You really should get that OCD checked out."

Ford pulled him over, more serious than usual, "Dominick, I think I've got an idea to help him."

Dominick rolled his eyes, "You? Stick to your numbers, Ford."

Ford shook his head, "Not me, Nathalie."

"Nathalie? What's that? Can you eat it?"

"You could try, but if you do, Nathan would have your head."

Ford shook his head, "Nathan's not that cheesy."

Dominick agreed, "True, true."

Ford, a bit lost in these matters, looked at Dominick, "Come on, think of something."

Dominick almost started pacing again but stopped short as an idea struck him, "Got it."

With a mischievous grin, he told Ford, "Post a pic of Nathan looking sick on his social media and tag it with 'Got a fever, no one to care for me.' If Nathalie sees it, maybe she'll come running. Seeing her will perk him right up."

Ford gave him a thumbs-up, "Classic Dominick."

Watching Ford carry out the plan, Dominick couldn't help but feel a bit worried. If this backfired, Nathan would definitely not be happy with Ford.
