Maple Company.

Nathan was hunched over his desk, lost in a sea of paperwork. Just then, Ford barged in, clearly flustered: "Boss, we've got a serious issue."

Nathan didn’t even glance up, his tone icy as he said, "Keep your cool, Ford. What's got you in such a panic?"

Taking a deep breath, Ford stood there, trying to steady his nerves. "Boss, our digital contract with the Stewart family has been hacked by a top-notch hacker. The data’s been completely scrambled. We might have to walk away from this deal with Stewart Enterprises."

Nathan’s expression froze in shock. "A top-notch hacker?"

It took a moment, but Nathan finally shook off the daze and said to Ford, "Got it. You can leave."

Still on edge, Ford asked, "Boss, are we still going after the Stewart family?"

A fierce determination flashed in Nathan's eyes. "The Stewart family preaches honor and morality, but they're nothing but a pack of snakes and rats—vain, heartless, and selfish. People like that don’t deserve respect. As long as I’m breathing, I’ll fight the Stewart family to the bitter end."

Ford, visibly shaken, scanned the room nervously. Spotting the camera on the ceiling, his face went pale. "Boss, their hacking skills are top-tier, even beyond my reach. I suspect their identity might be..."

Nathan's gaze darkened, his fists clenching tightly. Ford continued, "Boss, if you're set on taking them on, you need to be prepared."

Nathan nodded, "I know."

After Ford left, Nathan, in a rare show of anger, hurled his coffee cup to the floor. It was the first time he'd ever lost his cool like that.

The crash echoed through the room, and as Ford glanced back at Nathan's office, worry clouded his eyes.

Nathalie soothed him, "Have you thought of a solution?"

Nathan sighed, "It’s a real tough one. But I’ll figure something out, I promise. Don’t worry."

Looking into his eyes, Nathalie said, "Nathan, if it’s troubling you, it must be a big deal. If we get through it, great. If not, don’t let it eat at you. Remember, money comes and goes. Worst case, we declare bankruptcy. I’ve got savings. We can find a quiet spot and live a simple life."

Nathan smiled, nodding, "I understand."

Nathalie whipped up a bowl of pasta for him. As he ate, a content smile spread across his face, and the troubles in his eyes seemed to lift a bit.

The next morning, while Nathan was still catching up on sleep, someone knocked on the door. Not wanting to disturb him, Nathalie took it upon herself to greet the visitor.
