Before Morris could enter the room on the second floor, the bald Clusian man greeted him with a mischievous grin, saying, “Welcome, Mr. Smith.” 

Morris smiled slightly and said, “Mr. Grant, I’ve heard much about you.” 

The Mr. Grant was Viper Grant. He was the chief leader of the River Rats, which the Clusian police had been actively chasing recently. 

“Please, come in and have a drink,” Viper warmly invited Morris, He believed Morris was the leader of the Smith family. 

In fact, the real Mr. Smith had already been hidden by Morris and his team in a warehouse in Manesia. Since the real Mr. Smith was also a Manesia Clusia, many people knew little about him. 

The only thing people knew was that Mr. Smith was extremely wealthy, not someone to offend easily. He had a scar on his face but still had a remarkable presence. Therefore, Viper trusted Morris completely. 

Morris and Steven followed Viper inside. Morris turned his head slightly to look at the large floor–to–ceiling windows in the private room, taking in the luxury of the cruise ship bar at a glance. 

As Morris and Viper sat down, bodyguards placed two glasses of red wine on the table. Morris and Viper clinked their glasses and took a sip. 

Viper spoke up, “Mr. Smith, where’s my stuff?” 

Morris set his glass down and gestured towards Steven. The next moment, a black suitcase was placed on the table. Steven opened it. 

Viper leaned in for a closer look and saw a case filled with sparkling uncut diamonds. “Mr. Smith, this isn’t what I asked for,” He said to Morris with a confused look. 

Morris smiled. He moved closer to the case and brushed aside the top layer of diamonds, revealing a collection of small silencers and pistols under a black cloth. 

Viper’s eyes lit up immediately, and he quickly called someone to check them. He also pulled out a black suitcase from under the table, saying, “Here’s the cash, Mr. Smith, please check it.” 

Morris glanced over and replied, “No need, I’ll take it all.” 

Viper laughed heartily. He said, “Mr. Smith, you sure are generous.” 

A few seconds later, Viper’s man reported, “We’re short by 20.” 

Viper’s expression changed instantly. He asked, “What do you mean by this, Mr. Smith?” 

Morris remained calm. He took a small sip from the wine glass on the table and looked at Noah with charm. He said, “Why rush? I’m interested in making a deal with you.” 

Viper frowned. He was displeased as he asked, “What do you mean?” 

Morris spoke casually, “I heard from some big shots in Manesia that you have captured quite a few socialites from Clusia. You know, I’m originally a Clusian, still single, and I have a thing for Clusian socialites. 

“If you can set it up for me, I’ll give you another 100, no extra fees.” 

Morris’s words intrigued Viper. He thought, “Meeting the Smith family is a great opportunity. These Manesian aristocrats love to be around cultured and well–bred women.‘

Then Viper laughed loudly, saying, “I didn’t expect you to have the same taste. Alright, you’re generous. It’s a deal. What type do you prefer? You can drop by my island tomorrow and make your pick.” 

Morris raised an eyebrow and said, “Alright, but where exactly is your island?” 

Viper replied, “Just come to the Astonburg dock tomorrow. Someone’ll meet you. Let’s have a drink on that.” He raised his glass to Morris. 

Morris smiled and clinked his glass in return. He said, “It’s settled then. After I choose tomorrow, you’ll get your goods.” 

The next day at the Astonburg docks, Viper’s men arrived on time to meet Morris and Steven. They stopped Steven at the dock. 

Morris, who was dressed casually today and carried a black suitcase, got on a speedboat with Noah’s men. 

A bodyguard on the speedboat pulled out a black cloth and said to Morris, “Mr. Smith, according to our rules, we need to cover your eyes. Sorry for the inconvenience.” 

Fifteen minutes later, the speedboat arrived at an uninhabited island. Morris was taken off the island and into a car that bumped along the rough road. 

After about ten more minutes, the car stopped. The bodyguard helped Morris remove the blindfold from his eyes. 

Once the blindfold was removed, Morris squinted as if the light dazzled him. He took a pair of gold–framed glasses from his pocket and put them on. 

He looked up at the building in front of him, which was about ten stories high. He glanced around. Aside from this building, the island was nearly empty and desolate. 

“Mr. Smith, please come inside. Mr. Grant is upstairs waiting for you,” said one of the men dressed in black who had brought Morris here. Morris nodded, followed the man inside, and took the elevator to the tenth floor. 

As soon as the elevator doors opened, Viper was waiting at the entrance. He said, “Mr. Smith, you’re right on time. This way, please. We have over a dozen debutantes here for you to choose from.” 

Morris grinned. He shook the suitcase in his hand in front of Noah and said, “Alright, take me to see them first. Don’t worry. Once I find one I like, this case will be yours.” 

Viper was surprised by Morris’s easygoing. He said, “Just wait here. I will have someone bring them up.” 

The eighth floor of the building was where the wealthy women from Clusia were held. 

A man in black opened the door, and the room was filled with shrieks from the dozens of women inside. 

Those women were still dressed in their designer outfits from before the kidnapping, all from top international brands, a clear sign of their affluent backgrounds.
