Cherise walked straight into the CEO's office. Dora had been waiting for Cherise for a while. When she saw Cherise, she said, "What took you so long? You didn't run into Joseph, did you?"

Cherise shrugged and replied, "Yeah."

Dora was taken aback. She asked, "Did you have an argument?"

Cherise nodded and said, "He's just a petty person, so there's no need to get into it with him. What about you, Mrs. Wilson? Enjoying married life?"

Dora giggled shyly, her face alight with happiness. She said, "Curious? You could try marrying Morris to find out. But you're only 20, so no rush."

Dora's words made Cherise smile unconsciously. Her current relationship with Morris already felt perfect to her; she hadn't thought about marriage. After all, she was still young.

Dora suddenly said, "Oh, by the way, Cherise, I've sorted it out already; over 10 real estate companies are looking for Duskson. What do you think?"

Cherise thought momentarily and asked, "What about the land at the base of Agrieviel?"

Sipping her coffee, Dora said thoughtfully, "That place is expected to become Betrico's CBD for the next 20 years, so it's no wonder everyone is fighting fiercely for it. I've heard the Chivers Group is also interested in securing it.

"It depends on which company's design idea can win over the authorities. So, all the top real estate companies are swarming to Duskson."

Cherise tapped the table in thought. She said, "Now that the Chivers Group is involved, maybe GlobalVision Group should step in and give it a try as well."

On a cruise ship in the open sea near Manesia, the air was filled with expensive perfumes and the glimmer of fine attire. Toasts were made, glasses clink. There was a thick sense of luxury and sensuality in the mix.

On the first floor of the cruise ship, there was a large bar where the DJ spun tracks energetically from a giant circular stage, filling the room with vibrant music.

Men and women moved gracefully on the dance floor amidst the vibrant lights and lively atmosphere.

Directly across from the central circular stage was a glass-enclosed VIP room on the second floor.

Inside the VIP room, on a large U-shaped sofa, sat a burly Clusian man with a shaved head right in the center spot.

Sitting closely beside him was a glamorous woman in revealing clothes and heavy makeup. Standing on one side of the sofa were several men in matching black suits, acting as bodyguards.

The individuals who got off the speedboat were Morris and Steven, though today, they had assumed different identities.

Morris's short hair was perfectly combed, and his handsome face was framed by a pair of gold-rimmed glasses. He was still wearing his deep gray high-end tailored suit.

This added a touch of stylish charm to his typically mature and dashing look. However, there was a scar on his left cheek, which didn't seem to lessen his handsome features.

Once Morris was steady on the deck, a few bodyguards from the cruise ship came to greet him. One said, "Hello, Mr. Smith. Could you please hand over your phones? We'll return them intact once everything is done."

Morris smiled. He calmly took his phone out of his pocket and handed it over. Steven did the same, leaving only the black briefcase in his hand.

"Right this way," the bodyguard said politely after checking the phones, leading the way.

Morris and Steven followed the bodyguard into the first-floor bar on the cruise. As soon as they entered, they drew the attention of many people.

The various women present all cast glances at Morris. Even the noticeable scar on his face couldn't hide his distinct aura.

Beneath his gold-rimmed glasses, Morris's eyes showed a hint of bloodlust. The mixed scent of women's perfume filled him with disgust, and he hurried up the stairs to the VIP rooms on the second floor.
