Once the plane smoothly took off, a man in a black suit approached a middle–aged man who bore a slight resemblance to Stella. 

With a respectful tone, he said, “Sir, we can’t remove the posts, and there’s no way to trace who’s behind them.” 

Tristan appeared calm as he asked, “Oh? Could it be the Dark Web Division? Or perhaps Morris’s wife? I’ve heard she’s quite capable.” 

The man in black shook his head. “Uncertain, sir. Morris’s capabilities have always been a mystery, and verifying if the Dark. Web Division is involved is no simple task. 

“But based on the timeline, it doesn’t seem likely. Morris was dealing with Ms. Walton’s incident at the Walton residence during that time.”

Tristan furrowed his brows slightly but remained composed.

He turned to gaze out the window, watching the clouds drift by. His expression took on that characteristic coldness typical of those in power. 

True to his prediction, about ten hours later, Arthur’s assistant, Mateo, arrived to speak with Morris. 

“Mr. Chivers, Mr. Jarrett believes the situation has escalated enough. Given the Walton family’s standing, prolonged exposure would be detrimental. As for Ms. Walton, we should wait until Mr. Walton returns before making a final decision.” 

Morris nodded. “Understood. I’ll ensure the posts are taken down in an hour. As for Lydia, tell Mr. Jarrett to proceed as he sees fit.” 

After Mateo left, Morris turned to Leo. “Have someone keep a close eye on Lydia. I suspect there’s more to her than meets the eye.” 

With a shake of his head, he added, “The women in the Walton family are a real piece of work. Cherise is so much better.”

When Cherise arrived at Charity Orphanage, Maeve informed her that Hank had gone out. 

Currently, the only people there were Maeve, Clara, who had just been discharged from Betrico Hospital, and Cherise. Cherise had brought along a large number of supplies, replenishing the orphanage’s stock.

He glanced at the screen and saw that the posts he had helped Jean publish about Lydia had been removed. 

Smirking, he muttered to himself, “Who could it be? Ms. Leach? Or her husband? Took them just ten hours to pull it down. Well, that’s the Walton family for you. Still, the public impact was worth it.” 

He shrugged, stopped by a store to buy ten sandwiches, and headed back to the orphanage.
