We arrived to a very expensive looking cuisine which also had a band performing the classical "sway with me" as more people continued to dance on the terrace beside the Fontà cuisine. The weather was also perfect, it seemed to perfect to be true. I couldn't wait to indulge in my handsome in a tux mate when we come back to the mansion.

Aren't you a very horny hog? So sweet. Lace joked and I let out a chuckle at her sarcasm. She was the best at fighting too and telling me what to do most of the time.

My mate held my hand as the guys stared at me like I was chocolate cake. Alpha was very attractive as his muscles tightened against his silver and black tuxedo with his hair in a sandstorm quiff and his hurricane eyes shone from the light of the entrance.

"Easy there, Desti baby." He calmed me down when I growled at the girls who were checking him out, as possessive as I was being today, I mainly blamed it on my mixed hormones today.

We stepped in to have brunch at the fancy cuisine where all rich men negotiated and bitchy women set their eyes on men like their fathers' age for money. I cared about being with the Alpha so when I turned to his face, he was too busy staring at me with a glint in his eyes. I could never grow tired of that.

"See something you like?" I smirked as he threw his head back and laughed like a hyena.

The waiter led us to our table and we were too busy in our conversation to even realize we hadn't ordered yet.

"But why do I need a Beta? We are having a baby so what if he was dangerous to us?" The Alpha was being strictly paranoid from early experience but I had to convince him for protection, who knew that pack members were hypnotized by pills that could make them murder anyone.

"You need to let go of the past," I told him softly and his gaze darkened at me.

"I am not holding on to the past, it's enough, I don't want a Beta and that's it, I can handle it." He growled and the people glanced our way, I never felt so humiliated so I frowned as I looked down on my lap.

"Okay," I said. He sighed and held my hand, I gazed up into his hurricane eyes and all I could see was sadness.

"I didn't mean to baby, I'm sorry." He apologized and I nodded, deciding to play forgiving Mary.
