Mia.

she gets out of the car and looks at the mansion before her, the music blasted loudly and mia was surprised that cops didn't shut it down yet. she looks back at the driver "you can go now" mia says to him. the driver nods and drives away. she looks around, Xavier was right it was a college party. there weren't many highschoolers at the party, mia walked to the mansion with grace, she could feel eyes on her as she made her way to the entrance. "mia!" she hears Jason call, he was wearing a denim shirt and black ripped jeans with white sneakers. Mr. Nutman rested on his shoulder. a drink in his hand. "hey Jason!" mia greets as Jason checks her out. "you look hot" Jason says and mia smiles at him "thank you" mia says as they walked through the sweaty bodies. cigarettes, alcohol smell was in the air, the music was much louder and the room was dark.

Jason and mia make their way to the back where few highschoolers and college students stood. mia's eyes catch Nik's who was already looking at her, his lips were parted and his eyes were dark green, lust evident in his eyes. he wore a leaf print bomber jacket and a black tee with black jeans and black combat boots. Nik had a cancer stick in between his pointer finger and middle, madison who stood next to him with a smirk was wearing a white tight hollow chest dress. Jacob was making out with a blonde and pushed her off as he sees mia. "Hermosa! you are here! you look very pretty!" Jacob says pulling her in a hug. Jacob was in a white tee and blue jeans, his hair was messed up, probably by his makeout session with the blonde.

mia hugs him back and looks at Marcus who walked up to them with two drinks in his hands. "you look good" mia says gesturing to his red flannel and dark jeans. "thanks Alexi, you look cute" Marcus says giving her the drink from his left hand. mia takes the drink with a sigh and swigs it in one go. the alcoholic drink burns down her throat and mia blinks feeling a familiar buzz. "where is mine?" Jacob and Jason whine and Marcus raises his brow "get your own" he says with a shrug. "I'm your best friend! how can you do this to me!" Jason says in a dramatic tone. Marcus raises his brow unfazed. he goes to take a sip and Jacob knocks his drink which spills on his flannel.

"guys!" Marcus says in an annoyed tone as the trio laughs. Marcus leaves to clean his shirt and a guy in his early twenties walks up to the twins and mia. he was wearing a black tee and jeans, he had dark blonde hair and green eyes, and slight stubble. a college guy. "hello I'm Elijah" he greets her with a smirk. "mia" she replies giving him a soft smile. "Elijah" the twins greet with a nod. "you guys know each other?" mia asks looking back at the twins. "yeah," Jacob says with a blank face."Elijah" Nik greets with an annoyed look as he appears behind mia, he places his hand on her hip pulling her closer. mia gasps and looks up at Nik who started at Elijah.

"you are friends with him?" mia says in a confused tone. maybe he was the one who invited Nik to the party? but why would he invite them as they are hostile with each other? Nik looks at her his eyes softening from the glare he was giving his brother, "no one important kitten" Nik replies to her, and Elijah chuckles "I'm the host of the party and Nik's older brother Tesoro"Elijah says and mia shoots nik a look. brother? then why are they behaving like this? do they not get along? that might be it.

"oh nice to meet you?" mia says and Elijah smiles "nice to finally meet you mia, have been waiting to meet the girl who pranked my Fratello" (little brother) he says, and mia chuckles at him remembering the pepper and itching powder prank. nik groans next to her which she ignores, you"Have I told you how ravishing you look?" Elijah says looking down at her outfit and back at her. mia blushes and smiles shyly. why is she feeling shy? she didn't feel shy when the twins or Marcus complimented her.

mia mentally kicks herself and smiles mumbling a thank you. Elijah was unbelievingly handsome but something didn't feel right, but she also felt some type of connection with Elijah, the same type she felt with Xavier."Are you done Elijah?"nik asks him rudely and mia frowns at him. "nik," mia says shooting him a glare. nik rolls his eyes and gives Elijah a sarcastic smile "if you excuse us" nik says in a mockingly polite tone and drags mia away. she protests him and tries to pull her hand away but his grip was hard.

they reach a swimming pool, not many people were around, nik pushes mia on the sofa who falls with a huff. nik takes a seat next to her and puts his hand around her shoulder, mia glares at him as the twins and Marcus take a seat next to them.
