she nibbled her lip as she went through her notes, mia looked back at the project. the door opens and Xavier walks in "hello Mr Sherman" mia greets glancing up from her work. "its Xavier" he complains and mia nods. "your project is approved by Mr honey and I bought the things you needed," Xavier announces placing the bag on the table. "thank you"she says taking the bag." you need any help mia?" Xavier asks taking out a bunch of papers. "no I'm good"mia replies dipping the brush in acidic solution. "so what are you going to do after high school?" he questions walking up to her, the papers in his left hand.

mia scrunches up her nose "is it bad that I don't have any idea?" mia asks gently taking out the prototype UV sticker she made. Xavier laughs "Nah, I pitied teachers in high school, and here I am as a teacher......you are bright student mia, you will figure it out, okay, " Xavier remarks marking something on the papers. figure it out? how? the word college makes her cringe. she is good at art? but did she want to be an artist?. she wanted to be a doctor since she did first aid to Luca when she was seven but is that what she really want?. mia also loved guns and knives since she was little which is pretty weird to her.

"what's with the hair?" Xavier asks pointing to her dark red hair. mia frowns "a jerk called Nik pranked me!" mia says looking through the glass where she planted the sticker. Xavier laughs and mia shoots him a glare. they had been working on a prototype for a week and grew close. Xavier was like an annoying older brother to mia but most of the time he acted like a cat on crack. "you are the teacher and you are laughing" mia says rolling her eyes. Xavier hums marking something and mia looks up from the notes she was reading. "I mean it is a good prank but why don't you get back at him" he shrugs looking up from his work. "you a teacher are telling me to prank a fellow pupil," mia says raising her eyebrow.

Xavier smiles "I'm cool like that," he says and mia rolls her eyes. "cool my ass" mia mumbles lowly. he acted more like a student than a teacher. "so I got back to him, I put some pepper spray in his face wash and itching powder in his boxers" mia says and Xavier smirks at her "I'm proud to call you my si- student" Xavier says and mia bows to him playfully.

"so I heard there is a party? are you going?" Xavier asks her in a weird tone. mia frowns "how do you know there is a party?" she asks showing him the prototype pen."I have my sources," he says with a smirk. mia gives him a 'shut the fuck up and just tell me' look. Xavier sighs "I'm friends with few other students in the football team and they invited me," Xavier says and mia smirks at him "you have friends!" she says in a teasing tone Xavier rolls his eyes examining the pen, "yeah I have friends unlike you," he says giving her a smug look.

"bullying a student is punishable Mr Sherman,"mia says and Xavier rolls his eyes "whatever. so are you going?" he asks and mia nods "yep the guys are forcing me," mia says taking back the pen. "why don't you have any friend who is a girl?". Xavier asks grabbing the glass which had the sticker. "you know the redhead? the other one?" mia asks as she gives him the paper she wrote with an acidic solution. "yeah, she always tries to tempt me. yuck," he says with a nauseated face. mia giggles at him and he throws her a glare. "she made sure that I don't have any friends" mia states and he glares into space.

" you want to come to a high school party?" mia asks him. he frowns "why? cant I? and its a college party mia" Xavier informs her and mia nods "I didn't know that" she says rethinking about going to the party. she had been to parties before and high school parties were nothing before the college parties and it has been a while since she went to parties.

mia remembered talking to Brooke who is joining the same school as mia as an exchange student, she will be coming next month. she was pretty excited to meet her and it was Brooke who always dragged mia to parties, she hated partying at first but she grew to love it. mia was hesitant at first because it was her first party without Brooke. "arent you too old for partying?" mia asks taking the sheet back which showed the invisible ink a little. Xavier scoffs at her "how old do you think I am?" he asks resting his face on his palm. "30?" mia asks and he glares at her, mia hides her smile "oh older than that?" she mocks "36?" mia says and Xavier rolls his eyes "you are playing me aren't you?" he says and mia smiles at him

"you are the youngest teacher in this school just 23," mia says flipping her notes. "I think that's why carrot head seduces me," Xavier says rubbing his chin"she does that so you can give her an A" mia states and the bell rings. she quickly takes her notes and pens and puts it in her bag. mia waves him goodbye and he nods.

mia walks to her next class which was art. she walks in the class and finds the guys in the last row. art and sports was the only class which she shared with all of the guys. Nik was seated next to Marcus behind him sat madison, next to her Marcus beside him Ryan. mia took a seat between Jacob and Nik. his eyes were still red which made mia smirk at him.she was wearing a black Adidas crop top and white ripped jeans at the knee with black and white converse.

"hey Hermosa" Jacob greets her and mia smiles at him. "hello kitten," Nik says and mia fake pouts "aw what happened to your eyes!" she asks and he narrows his eyes at her "a wild kitty," he says biting her ear. mia gasps and he smirks at her. mia leans towards Jacob as Ms shelly walks in. ms shelly was in her mid-twenties the second youngest teacher in school.
