Tracy's POV

"You bittch! How dare you touch me! Go to he-ll!"

Before I could make any reaction, Jessica, the Beta's daughter, slapped me hard on my face, accusing me of touching her arm while placing the plate.

She was so strong that I lost my hearing for a moment. I was scared to death and thought I might go deaf since. Next moment, she pushed me down to the floor and started to kick my stomach.

"Don't I tell you never put your filthy hand on me?" She screamed at my ear and then poured the tomato soup I served her a minute ago all over me.

I curled to a ball at the floor, with my hands on my head as protection. I used all my strength to keep myself from crying out for the painful soup burn on my skin. Let her use all kinds of horrible language to describe me.

Ever since I lost my mother at eight, Jessica had started to bully me. She enjoyed my suffering so much and could always find excuses to maltreat me every few days.

I used to dream to be able to fight her one day like a warrior. But as the time passing by, there were no sign for me of being a strong wolf, I had to drop the idea.

But things went worse after I turn to 18. The worst thing a werewolf could encounter happened to me-I didn't shift even after I was 18 and didn't get my own wolf either. And worst of all, I found no mate in our North Forest pack.

Now Jessica had more excuses to bully me, accusing me of not being a real werewolf but a cursed bastard. I knew it's just a matter of time for she found the opportunity to kill me for good. All because I was so much prettier than her, or than anyone in this pack.

I knew if I wanna survive I must leave as soon as I can. But they would never let me. Being a slave as I am, I had to work for them until the day I die. There was absolutely no escape and no salvation for my horrible fate.

"I wonder how many filthy men fvcked your mother to give birth a who-re like you. "

Suddenly, I heard she insulted my mother in a disgusting tone. My mind snapped at that moment and I rushed to her and knocked her down to the floor.

I guess Jessica never thought I would fight back. She screamed in horror and then used her thick left leg kick me away.

She kicked me so hard on the chest that I flied to the another side of the dinning room and hit the cupboard with a huge sound. The plates set there all fell down on me, and then crushed into pieces on the ground, creating huge noises and lots of painful cuts on me.

" What happening here?"

Next moment, I heard the angry voice of Alpha Hans. He had a special meeting with the Beta of Crown pack tonight and didn't come to the dinning room to eat. I don't know when and why he came.

Still, it doesn't matter whether he saw the farce Jessica started or not-no matter what the truth is, I was the one being punished.

"Alpha, Tracy is crazy. She attacked me for no reason and stained my dress. "

I guess his meeting with the Crown pack didn't go well. After all, the Crown is the most powerful pack and it's alpha was extremely ruthless and cruel. North Forest can never compete with it.

"Go back to your warehouse and no dinner for you, Tracy."

He then looked at me and demanded me to leave in an extremely cold tone.

I immediately left and run to the warehouse where I had lived for ten years.

Ever since my mother died, the pack had forced me to move here.

Old furniture and useless sundries were scattered all over this small warehouse. No matter how frequent I cleaned, there were always thick dust everywhere. I have no heat, no shower. Even in cold weather like today, I had to clean myself using the cold water I fetched in a plastic bucket.

But still, I like this warehouse. Because it's the only place in the whole world where I can stay by my own and had some rest and peace, which also can exempt me from being hurt and scoff.

After I pulled the fragments of broken plates out of my wounds and cleaned myself, I soon fell asleep on the sofa.

Weirdly, that night I dreamed of my mother for the very first time ever since she died ten years ago.
