***Melanie's POV***

I winced in pains as I open my eyes to darkness.

I couldn't see a thing as the place was dark.

My eyes hurt like hell and my whole body aches.

I stood upright and sat on the soft comfy bed and I tried to remember how I needed up there.

Why do I keep passing out these days?

I looked around the room but only saw a little candle burning on a stool.

The door creaked open shortly and Ryker came in with a glass of water in his hands and something in a small nylon.

He walked towards to me and sat besides me.

"hey.. "

His hands touched my hair as if checking for my temperature.

I rolled my eyes and brought them down looking at my laps.

"are you still feeling pains? Here take these.

You will heal up in a bit.

When last did you rest?"

He asked and I scoffed.

Now he's being cool and asking how I was.

"I thought you left?  Why are you back now? "

I snapped with an angry look.

He sighed and touch my lips that was bruised then my neck that had a knife wound on it.

"why did you go there alone..  It's is dangerous and he couldd have killed you.

Where you not aware that he is a vampire? "

He snapped and I scoffed.

I quickly swat his hands from my face and glared hard at him.

"what rubbish.  Get away form me now..

I don't need you.

Didn't I warned you not to show your face in front of me again?"

I snapped and he smirked.

"you didn't tell me you wanted me to help you take care of a vampire.

If you had told me that earlier  then I would have helped you sooner to make things easier for the both of us.. "

I was cut short by a heavy kiss which came out of the blues

I was stunned and couldn't react for a minute straight.

I handed him a loud dirty slap to calm my nerves.

This time it was too rough and fast that I couldn't even catchy breath.
