*** Ryker's POV***

I sighed as I scooped yet another spoon of ice-cream and brought it close to her mouth.

She opened her mouth wide and took all of it at once licking her lips as she chuckled at with a gummy Smile.

Looking at Tammy now one could tell at once that she had grown more chubby and round the past two months I was away, she even got chubby cheeks now.

"I want some chicken noodle soup.. She pouted and I scoffed.

"it's right in the middle of the night Tammy. I can't just go get you chicken, you will have to wait till tomorrow,haven't I gotten you your ice cream already? "

I growled at her, I hated the fact that she was using her pregnancy to toil over me.

Her face fell.

"I'm sorry babe...  I just wanted to eat some badly, but I can wait till tomorrow,its rude to boss an alpha king around.  I'm sorry,.."

She replied diligently and I tried to force a smile at her.

Right now my mind was confused and I wasn't concentrating at all, my Luna is pregnant while my mate...

I can't just point exactly what to do.

As much as I want to be with Melanie I also want to be with Tammy, even if I don't love her I will still be there for her and my pup.

A stood up from the chair and walked away with the empty bowl of ice-cream, towards the inner kitchen.

I dropped in in the sink and then leaned on it gently as I ruffled my hair not knowing exactly what my problem was and what to do.

I could clearly remember the look on Melanie's face when I pushed her away.

It was the first time she had genuinely shed tears in front of me, even when I rejected her she didn't cry..

I knew that I had messed up real bad, she was already starting to open up to me and love me despite what I did to her in the past, but I still had another problem I caused for my self....Tammy.

And solving what I was going through right now is what I am really in turmoil for.

" what are you thinking? Let's soak in the bath together.. "

I heard her soft voice cooed as she hugged me from behind.

I sighed and held her hands, gently removing them from my back.

"you should get some sleep now Tammy.  It's too late in the night to think of taking a bath, you may catch a cold.

Just do it tomorrow, I have something to take care of. "

I said and walked out of the kitchen leaving her behind.

I took a shirt from the closet and put it on, then I walked over to the mini bar in my room and opened it, I took out a large bottle of beer and walked out of the room without looking back.

"meet me in the pool Jaxon.. "

I spoke to Jaxon softly through our mind link.

"can you be more helpful. .. My mate is exhausted and needs me to help her relax after the tormenting task you made her do..

Forget it, I'll be there in twenty minutes. "

He nagged, I could tell he was in the middle of something due to the way he replied to me but what else could I do?  I could only talk to him at the moment.

   **** general POV***

the dragon walked into the mini mansion with his hands crossed behind his back.

He took a pause and looked around the place with perking eyes.

"hurry up phoenix!"

He snapped and Melanie groaned before walking to him with a dull face on.

"I've told you countless times dragon king!  I don't want to do this.

I need to rest! "

Melanie snapped at him and the dragon shot her a stare.

She shut up immediately.

"I'm trying to help you out here.  Trust me, you'll feel much better and your anger will reduce after you torment some people a little! "

He said firmly and used his mind to kick open the door.

He barged in unannounced and the old Mr Beckham was having a solemn chat with his family in the living room.

Melanie ran after him quickly.

"what's the meaning of this Melanie!  This is a private family meeting!  Why would you barge in, couldn't you wait for us to send you in? "

Her ex step mother snapped at her with a glare like always.

Her father motioned for his wife to shut up with his hands.

The dragon just walked over to the largest seat in the room which was the seat the old Mr Beckham sat on.
