"Bas..." Zein tilted his head and ran his fingers down Bassena’s wriggling back muscles. "Can’t you do harder?"
The kisses on Zein’s neck stopped when the esper raised his head and looked at Zein with a slight frown. "No--Doctor Nam told us to do it..." he paused and thrust slightly, "--moderately."
Zein groaned in frustration. Not that it wasn’t good, but when you already knew how good the green-zone food was, the lower-zone food would feel tasty. He looked down with a frown, trying to twist his hip but got hold in place by the esper’s strong hands.
Bassena was also feeling frustrated. Not that he wasn’t satisfied, but he was full of concern. Zein was not as sturdy as before, and he was still trying to adapt to a body without mana. But trying to recall how he did it with someone else before meeting Zein felt like cheating, so he didn’t want to do it, and before he managed to adapt, they found out about the pregnancy.
Meaning he should become even more careful.
Bassena was serious when he said he was afraid he’d ’break’ the child in the future. Naturally, he was even more fearful of hurting the child--children--before they were even born.
Unfortunately, Zein wasn’t very keen on this change.
"Haa..." Bassena took a deep breath and straightened his back, looking down at the guide while gripping the lean waist. "It seems like I’m losing my touch if I can’t even make you feel good in all intensity."
Zein raised his brow when Bassena slid back slightly and twisted his hips, opening his mouth to ask what the esper was trying to do--except that before he could ask it out, he was already moaning.
"Oh!" Zein gasped, gripping the pillow hard as his back arched involuntarily. His eyes widened at the unexpected pleasure of a seemingly slow movement, but he couldn’t help but laugh at the esper’s concentrating face.
He laughed, and moaned, and felt good--finally regaining that satisfaction level that got rid of the piling frustration. He wasn’t even feeling nauseous that morning--how nice.
Too bad they could only do it once. Zein wasn’t feeling particularly exhausted, but they learned from experience that he would be later if they continued. Getting Bassena’s worshiping kisses all over his body before being cleaned up was a blissful bonus.
Yeah...this pampered life wasn’t bad.
You won’t have many chances to relax once your babies are born, so just enjoy your fiance’s dedication now--was what Ludya told him the other day.
And so he did, exhaling slowly in satisfaction while leaning back against his esper’s chest inside a warm tub.
"Feeling good?" Bassena made sure for the third time since they entered the bathroom.
It was annoying at first, but Zein gradually thought it was adorable since he could see how concerned the esper was about him. "Yeah," Zein closed his eyes and let the warmth envelop him, enjoying the soothing cypress smell coming from the bath salt. "I need this to face the meeting this afternoon."
Bassena chuckled at how Zein had already scrunched his face at the thought of going through another meeting with all those clan heads, conglomerates, and the government. Unfortunately, while Bassena could help Zein in other matters, he couldn’t with this one.
Maybe after they were officially married--but before that, well...
"Ah," Zein, who wanted to talk about something other than his impending boredom, suddenly recalled something. "What were you saying earlier before we did it?"
They were on the bed, waking up together. It had become a rare occasion lately, with Zein waking up later and Bassena always eager to prepare breakfast before Zein even woke up. They were talking about random things while Zein was ogling Bassena’s chest and swarmed with horny thoughts, prompting him to kiss the esper mid-sentence.
"Oh, just...I thought it was time for us to pick names for our twins," Bassena shrugged.
"Names?" freёwebnovel.com
"Yeah..." Bassena scooped warm water and poured it over Zein’s shoulder. "Since we already found out their genders, I wondered if you’re already thinking of names."
Zein raised his brow. "Me?" he glanced up at the esper, smirking. "That sounds more like you."
Planning for stuff, including baby names, was right up Bassena’s alley.
"Uhh--well, you’re right, but..."
"Why? Do you have something in mind already?"
"No, just..." Bassena fidgeted slightly; the water splashed around his wriggling feet. "I was thinking...if you want to use your brothers’ names..."
Zein frowned and turned his head to look at the nervous esper. "Why would I do that?"
"Huh?"
"Why would I use their names for our babies?"
Those names didn’t even bore any special meaning. They were names Zein decided to call them after reading something random in Alma’s house since those accursed parents did not bother to even tell him the twins’ names. He could even believe it if they weren’t given a name in the first place.
But Bassena didn’t know about it, and he still subconsciously connected Zein’s little brothers--whom he never met--with his sons--whom he had yet to meet.
